    James Easdale has been there for over a year, Sandy has been on the club board since September and since they seem to think they are running the club....

    I had the privilege of seeing him on many occasions, both for us then against us, when he was at Hearts - best right back I've ever seen.

    I may be reading to much into the interview, but he does seem to give the impression that he is running the Club.

    If they needed a credit facility to tide them over , then they didn't have the funds they needed to see out the season. It's hard to see any shades of grey in that.

    Bain was running a much bigger operation, that was achieving significant success on the field and had a much higher turnover than at present. There is no comparison between the two situations.

    at the risk of sounding pedantic..shareholders don't own the company's assets.

    I'm not sure we'll have a transfer budget and even if we do McCoist shouldn't be allowed anywhere near it.

    Having a security over an asset is completely different from owning the asset. If the debtor defaults, the security holder is entitled to call up the security and sell the asset to provide funds to repay the debt. Even when the security has been called up the security holder is not the owner of the asset.
