  1. James Easdale has been there for over a year, Sandy has been on the club board since September and since they seem to think they are running the club....
  2. I had the privilege of seeing him on many occasions, both for us then against us, when he was at Hearts - best right back I've ever seen.
  3. If Paul Murray is deadwood, what does that make the Easdales?
  4. I may be reading to much into the interview, but he does seem to give the impression that he is running the Club.
  5. If they needed a credit facility to tide them over , then they didn't have the funds they needed to see out the season. It's hard to see any shades of grey in that.
  6. I wonder if they could be persuaded that McCoist is just the man for the job
  7. If these signings are true, then it sounds like McCoist and crew will be with us for another season.
  8. It's not just in the football dept that we need to reduce costs, isn't the non football salary bill even higher than the football depts?
  9. What can we do? King's idea may not work, but the alternative seems to be a long slow decline, with us 20 points behind Celtic every season...what will that do for season ticket sales?

  13. Being sponsored by Paddy Power would have been hilarious
  14. there's only one response to that......... geezajob!
  15. Are our new shirt sponsors significant in the betting and gaming industry? I've never heard of them, but then I don't gamble.
  16. He does display a remarkable lack of self awareness
  17. at the risk of sounding pedantic..shareholders don't own the company's assets.
  18. I'm not sure we'll have a transfer budget and even if we do McCoist shouldn't be allowed anywhere near it.
  19. Having a security over an asset is completely different from owning the asset. If the debtor defaults, the security holder is entitled to call up the security and sell the asset to provide funds to repay the debt. Even when the security has been called up the security holder is not the owner of the asset.
  20. How do we know if they're any good or not? The manager is clearly no judge of a player.
