I actually think that if played in his natural position, he would do well for us.

They don't seem to be making much of an effort to market the season tickets. I don't recall seeing or hearing any adverts for them. It is very strange.

I don't support the board, but Telfer leaving could be due to problems on the football side as much as with the business side. -

I'm interested why it has come to the surface now when it has been known about for quite a while. For the record, I always doubted he would make a good manager.
-
He is an employee - his salary is a private matter between him and the Club. If the board want rid of him, they should take the bull by the horns and dismiss him and his coaching team. Though I'm not sure I would trust them to get a suitable replacement.
-
Why has his shareholding suddenly become such an issue..it has been public knowledge for quite a while. Who is pushing this point - is it the board's PR people as part of a plan to discredit him and make it easier to get rid of him.

Expectations for the Financial State of the Club Going Forward

Do they Easdales actually have that sort of money? -
That was what his contract entitled him to. It wasn't up to him to renegotiate it - after all Green and Co were always banging on about how much money the Club was going to have.
-
Isn't it the case that a lot of the "middle class" (for want of a better expression) who might otherwise support Rangers, tend to be more interested in rugby than football?

How many times is it now, that the Courts have not believed evidence from FOCUS Officers?
-
You may well be right...there are continual rumours that Green is still very much involved. There was a piece on the CRO website the other day saying he had been in the USA trying to find buyers for the shareholdings that the Easdales control.

The Lease would be terminated and the owners would have an unencumbered title to the land and buildings as well as a claim for the Club breaching the terms and conditions of the lease.
-
The Lease will be a full repairing and insuring lease - so the club will have to pay rent while still being responsible for maintaining the asset in good and substantial repair and paying for the insurance along with the landlords legal surveyors and management costs
-
Someone buys it and rents it back to the club on a full repairing and insuring lease.

I must admit I did wonder at the fact that Wallace was out of work when we employed him
