    McMurdo is despicable. I doubt Ashley was ever interested in buying Rangers, as was pointed out in other threads, why should he? He has got all the commercial deals tied up already and will be making a pretty penny off them.

    It may just be sloppy drafting, but the use of the word current suggests that there are other actions in the offing.

    Administration doesn't change the ownership...we would still have the same shareholders unless they agreed to move their shares onto other parties.

    Having a security over land does not make you the owner of it. It gives you the right, should the debtor default, to call up the security and sell the property to recover the sums due to you, with any surplus going back to the debtor. It is however not unknown for the sale to be "organised" so that the security holder's preferred option purchases it.

    I believe the Club are trying to argue that the Judge got the law wrong when he made his decision on Friday. It's nothing to do with the financials

    I think it's because Crighton, Easdale etc represent the various power blocks among the shareholders. Wallace and Nash can come up with all the plans they want but if the powers behind the scenes don't agree with them, then they won't get implemented.
