A big part of the problem with the last two CEO's was that in reality, they had no power, when they wanted to do something significant (in both cases bring in King) they got bumped. Llambas will have power, and I am sure he is competent, but what is his objective,- is it to make Rangers a success or is it to protect SD /Ashley's position? Newcastle and their mid table mediocrity does not offer us much hope. -

Newcastle fans or more of Irvine's ghost accounts.....? I have relatives in Newcastle and none of them has a good word to say about Ashely or LLambas (well they have lots of good words , but none of them repeatable on a public forum) -

Speak to Newcastle United supporters, they will tell you all you need to know about Ashley and LLambas, and it's not good. I wish more of our support had listened to Sheffield United supporters when they told us about Green. -

This flies in the face of their own panel's decision. The panel quite deliberately levied the fine on the old co, It had the option if it had felt it appropriate to fine the new co, but chose not to.

I doubt it, but someone in the management chain should be concerned that they don't understand this section of their market (small as it may be in the grand scheme of things)

It just shows how little understanding SD has of the Club and it's history..doesn't bode well for future marketing projects!
