Danny mate i think you need to read what i typed mate and come back and say you got i wrong about what i have said. He has been a waste of money. He has been injured alot. He needs to grow up alot. If he leaves he leaves, lets be honest he has been another waste of money signing overall from Smith at the time. Hehas produced the goods, but not often enough and is always injured. If he leaves then thanks for the goals, but the guy has alot of growing up to do.

I really hope he stays but i would not hold it against any player that leaves. Footballers are here to earn money, they did a great short term thing with the pay cuts but that cant go on for ever. Tbh in an idea world we would clear most of the squad and start again, as we have been paying wages that are far to high. But with the transfer embargo were stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Whats your pont mate? Ally know the other team were fit an playing games and still made an arse of pre-season? Thats defo another great reason to keep him. Imo Ally was very very un-professional last summer and cost us a place in europe, he was ill prepared and the team was a shambles. Would you disagree?

Another way to look at it is this, if we get new owners and say they have a bit of money behind them, not alot but some. Would you prefer a new manager to bulid for the future that has a proven tract record in europe and off developing young players or Ally? For me it would be a new proven manager.

Calscot mate i love your love for Ally and Rangers mate but your just refuse to see what is in front of you. Your one of these guys that will support Ally no matter how bad it gets, i get that i support it as any manager lives or dies by there results other wise how can we work out if they are good or not? Bringing Ally's record as a player in to win the debate shows that you will never accept anything other than Ally is a great boss even ehen there is no eveidence to support it. The thread is about Rangers in europe in the next 2 years, it has went off a wee bit and were debating last years results. So i have no idea what your trying to say, i have posted the result we had last season, nothing less and nothing more, the results. It's very clear that Rangers will only improve in europe when we play there again with a decent amount of money invested in the club and new manager. Or we will need to get a new management team that works well getting the most out of what we have. The current manager and scouts and coaches will simply never do anything imo in europe.

Tannochsidebear i agree mate, is this not what West Ham got done for a few years back? Third part ownership of players with Tevez and co. I still think alot of it will be shit stirring from the DR though tbh.

Anybody doing this kind of thing deserves everything they get, including Rangers fans. Tbh imo people that go to games to fight, or destroy the ground are not football fans anyway and we are all better off without them.
