You cant compare the 2 at all, Ally has went into this season with nearly a full team of international players and on top of that he has added top SPL players, he has more resources than the whole of Div3,2 and 1 combined.

The PLG was a joke and false from SDM from day 1. SDM bought us fans off with the name of PLG when at the same time had no intentions of backing him with support or money. It was a classic move from SDM.

Never thought of him, seemed a good manager.

With Ally i have stuck to facts, he has been rubbish, most can see it you cant and that up to you mate.

craig you are not balanced in any shape or form when it comes to Ally, we were already behind them and out of 4 cups, facts that you just dont seem to want to deal with but they are facts. Also your other post is utter nonsense, we had 9 intenational players on the park at the w-end again a part time team and you could not tell the diff between the 2 teams. You have to deal with the fact he has been a disaster as a manager.

Agree he would be high on my list. I would also like us to try something new. Go and get either a spanish or dutch manager and same with all the coaching staff. And try it for more than 6 months this time. We need to change the clubs attitude to playing football imo.

It will all depend on the quality of the loan players, if we can get a few good ones every season i see no problem with this.

Not at all mate, Man U have a few teams around europe that they use and send young players to and get first choice on any good players from that team.

I hate how people keep saying we have time because were in Div3. We dont and we should not be wasteing it with the manager and so called coaches we have at the moment. It's prob too late now with the transfer ban, so 3 more years of utter pish football, no progress will be made and when we get back to the SPL we will start it all over again.

We will have to wait and see the quality of the players, but people dont be fooled this is the start of Rangers becoming a EPL feeder club. Tbh it had to happen 1 day i just wish it was a bigger club.

In a word, NO. Ally is and will always be my fav Rangers player of all time but as a manager he has been a joke. What people seem to forget is how and when he was appointed. He was appointed 6 months in advance of the sale of the club because simple he would have been out the door otherwise. I get that people love him for what he has done as a player but nobody can say he has done anything as a manager and yesterday was a joke.
