  1. Yeah the headline is a bit dramatic mate. Regan appears to be saying the right things as far as it goes...... It's not in the best interests to the game up here to hammer the club again for the actions of shady businessmen
  2. STEWART REGAN has revealed the SFA have reserved the right to investigate Rangers AFTER the Pinsent Masons report is delivered. The Ibrox board have commissioned an independent probe into Craig Whyteâ??s links with Charles Green and Imran Ahmad. The verdict is expected within weeks â?? but Regan has revealed heâ??ll study the answers given by Green before deciding if Gers should face any punishment as a club. The SFA chief said: â??There are some very specific questions we have asked that require some very specific answers. If we donâ??t get those answers, we reserve the right to further investigation. â??The nature of the questions we have asked relate to the links between Green, Ahmad and Whyte, the details surrounding money lodged in Ahmadâ??s motherâ??s bank account and various conversations that allegedly took place. â??We should get some specific answers on those. â??We have seen the scope of the Pinsent Masons report, it is very detailed and thorough. We expect to see quite a lot of detail when it comes back.â? Regan insists he feels for Rangers supporters over the ongoing situation at the club. He added: â??Weâ??ll manage Rangers as we manage all our clubs. â??Obviously, all the uncertainty and kind of turmoil that is going on at the club is a cause of concern. You have to feel for the fans, given what theyâ??ve had to endure for the last 18 months or so. â??They thought they had a new dawn with Messrs Green and Ahmad coming in and it has turned sour on them again. â??Weâ??re all hoping the board can get it sorted out and get them back on an even keel again.â? Regan hopes the situation at Rangers and Hearts improves soon for the sake of Scottish football. He added: â??Itâ??s been a hugely challenging year for the game and for the Scottish FA.The Rangers situation has dragged on for over a year and it still needs to be resolved. â??Itâ??s been really tough. It does take a lot out of you because youâ??re not talking about problems you can make a simple decision on. â??Weâ??ve had hours of meetings, reports and investigations and legal challenges. â??Youâ??ve got to absorb hugely complex issues and you just get your head round one when another hits you.â? http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/sport/leaguedivision3/4935879/Stewart-Regan-SFA-can-hit-Gers.html
  3. Okay he's pissed and some weirdo bastard that crawled into Ibrox video'd him out at the pub - none of us know the background to this night, who's to say he wasn't deliberately 'canned' up for this? Some say MM has a drink problem, that could be 'internet pish' maybe MM only needs one too many to get into that state and the shite sleekit lowlife wife beater of 'IamRangers' fame made sure he had that 'one too many' and that his phone was charged up before he left the house.
  4. New England kit and the 1966 Germany one ...and Germany's 2010 World Cup strip
  5. Can someone tell me who actually carries out these 'Fit and proper person tests'?
  6. Scottish FA chief executive Stewart Regan has described alleged links between former Rangers chief executive Charles Green and Craig Whyte are a "very serious issue". The governing body will wait until the outcome of a report, commissioned by the Ibrox club before deciding any action is required. In April the Ibrox side appointed investigators from Deloitte and Pinsent Masons to look into claims made by former owner Whyte over his relationship with Green during the change of ownership last summer. Green resigned his position in April but "strenuously denied any wrongdoing". Regan said: "We wrote to the club and expressed our concerns on a number of points related to the revelations in the press about the links between Craig Whyte and Charles Green. "The matter was then handed over to Pinsent Masons under the stewardship of Roy Martin QC and we have agreed that we will wait until that report is concluded. "The report is being done very much on an independent basis. The club have agreed to share the findings of that report with us so that we can get transparency on the questions that we asked. "And until that comes out it's probably wrong to speculate on what might or might not happen." In April 2012, the Scottish FA banned Whyte for life from "any participation" in Scottish football for a range of breaches of the association's rules and regulations. The 42-year-old claims he was behind Sevco 5088, the company originally designated to subsequently purchase the assets and business of the club. However Green says he and business partner Imran Ahmad, only told Whyte what he wanted to hear in order to secure a deal with the club's administrators. Regan refused to be drawn over whether any alleged dealings would affect the clubâ??s eligibility to play football and the transfer of the club's Scottish FA membership to Green's new company, which was agreed last summer. "It's unfair to comment on what may or may not have happened on Rangers," said the Scottish FA chief executive. "It's clearly a very serious issue. The club is aware of how serious it is and we have been in discussions with the board of Rangers on that particular point. "That's why they have taken the step of appointing Roy Martin QC and Pinsents to come back with the information we seek. "We fully expect those questions to be answered by the nature of the report. The clubs have shared terms of reference for the investigation and it's a very thorough investigation. "We're expecting the report in the near future." http://sport.stv.tv/football/226102-stewart-regan-alleged-green-and-whyte-link-a-very-serious-issue/? Includes video.

    Hello

Hello Patnabear, welcome to the site.
  10. ...they really can't move on can they? Bigots!
  11. Aye mate, East Fife finished 2nd bottom in div2 but won the right to stay up via the play-offs
  12. East Fife managed to LOSE those games...... Semi finals are Rangers v Stenhousemuir Livingston v Queen's Park...
  13. Dundee United skipper Jon Daly will sign a two-year deal at Rangers, with a year's option, subject to the 30-year-old passing a medical examination. I have done a medical, so I am just waiting to hear back on that and if that is all okay then it should be done and dusted," he said. I think they were quite pleased with the shape of me. The chance to work with [Rangers manager] Ally McCoist and his backroom staff was very appealing. Just because they are in the lower reaches doesn't take away from the size of the club http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22590038?
  14. Wishing now I hadn't bothered...that was cringeworthy
  15. Thanks again bf all sorted - I wasn't getting that ^^^^ wavy band, I was getting something completely different, just tried the link again and it's working correctly now
  16. Man U led 3-0 after half an hour and were 5-2 ahead with 9 minutes left - it finished 5-5 Sir Alex won't be too bothered I suppose
  17. ...thanks bud but when I click on the wavy line I get some crappy song playing?
  18. Do I have to sign up to SoundCloud to listen to this mate?
  19. Doesn't matter game finished 0-1...Ally & co will be up against Billy Brown and player/assistant Bob Malcolm next season and with the Pars being held 0-0 at HT it looks as though Jim Jeffries and coach Neil McCann will join them...just what I wanted
  20. East Fife go 1-0 up 48th minute...does anybody know if away goals count double?
  21. Will it be Paul Hartley and assistant Paddy Connelly of Alloa Athletic or Dunfermline's Jim Jeffries and coach Neil McCann who's young side have the ability to overturn that 0-3 deficit from the first leg. Will it be JJ's good pal Billy Brown and player/assisitant Bob Malcolm of East Fife or will he get the opportunity to avenge Peterhead's Jim McInally and his assistant David Nicholls shock win at Ibrox last month. The tie is all square at 0-0 going into the 2nd leg. Personally I hope it's JJ & McCann and BB & Malcolm as they are more interesting individuals than the alternatives. Kick-off times: Peterhead vs East Fife 15.00pm Dunfermline Ath vs Alloa Ath 16.05pm
  22. Your boss makes a recording of him sacking you....good riddance I say
  23. I find him being very disrespectful to the 'Easdale boys'
