That is true, football in england is unsubstainable and perhaps Rangers moving there would be disastrous, but I see no alternative right now. You like me cannot wave a magic wand for what is best for Rangers, but the stuff coming out on my tv in front of my family (and I have celtic fans within my family) are very disrespectful to Rangers FC and send out messages of hate and reject among the people of Scotland. I want to support my team in a healthy environment I'm sick of what 'the other side' continue to beat their drum about especially after for some time now Rangers supporters have heeded the call to rid themselves of the 'Billy Boy' culture and beyond. Those from the 'East End' of the city want to see us obliterated from society......let's abandon Scotland as a football club, Scotland has abandoned us.

It's an absolute disgrace that right now when Scottish football as a whole whilst slowly disappearing down the drain and the biggest and most famous club from that league is being slammed from 'ceptic minded' arseholes instead of true concern from sensible football minded people beggars belief.

I'm in complete agreement with you, but also I'm in despair! I'm now one of those who would rather Rangers re-emerge with ALL their history intact and be re-born into the english league. I know there are folk who don't ever want to see that but maybe I'm being selfish or whatever but honestly I'm pissed off with all what's been said about Rangers from certain quarters and would be happy for my club and whoever is in charge to announce from next year we will be members of the FA.

I remember the joy I felt as a fan when winning those titles, they'll never WIPE that memory no matter what. Fuck the small minded bigots who bring our game into disrepute. And dont anybody say we cheated....if we were able to put 11 players on the field better than any other 11 then that'll do me. Wipe it from the record books if they want. Fuck them we still have more.

Sorry, but I only read the first 10 or so lines and I'm flabbergasted! What is this all about? Rangers F.C. have a 140 year history who have put Scottish football on the map and there are what I can only describe as small minded jealous little pricks out there wanting to put the boot in when we are at an all time low. I think it's blatant bigotry going on at the moment. Scotland's Shame. So sad.

The 'Scottish' game has been spiralling into oblivion for decades along with other European leagues, the Germans the Italians the French along with countries like Portugal and Holland have managed to keep their heads above water, just to compete. The English and Spanish have 'taken' the game to a global level which is having a detrimental affect on the game itself, too many sheikhs with a toy to play come to mind. Football when I was introduced to it was a working man's plaything something to take our minds off the hardship off normal life, let's say it was a drug to most of the working class. I'm not trying to be political here just saying it as it was. Look at the 1960's Hibs, Dunfermline Kilmarnock & Rangers reached Semi finals of Europes elite competition the bheasts won it ffs? Rangers reached three euro finals and were a feared and respected club all over Europe like others from Hungary, Yugoslavia, Austria, Belgium as such. Nowadays it's all about Barcelona & Man Utd. I'm sick of it, but there's nothing I can do about it so the program about "A Match For Europe & The Debate" doesn't fill me with hope.....seen it all before, sorry BH.

Would be heaven on earth though if maybe all supporters from both clubs came out defiantly in support. Or am I living in cloud cuckoo land? Seriously...by making the entrance fee very reasonable then full capacity can be achieved for such games home and away. Not sure about the Skinto Cup though?

I'm surprised and humbled that Rangers players have taken this attitude, I've always regarded footballers in general to be money grabbing selfish types. I would suspect that most of our players agents have been approached in cafe's and hotels all over the country in regards to lucrative contracts at other clubs if they accept redundancy.

That's a tough one, I'm not sure many people in any walk of life would take a 25% cut in their wages - never mind 75%!!!

Portsmouth and Rangers administrators are involved in discussions with a view to arranging a friendly between the two financially-stricken clubs. I think he's maybe a little confused, I've used the word to describe 'ma hoose' at times and of course porkheid but never used it in describing Ibrox.

Failure to win the game v the sheep meant ONE important thing.....the possibility of the mhanks clinching the title at Ibrox evaporated. That's the REAL reason he was so cut up, nothing to do with the winning run coming to an end. He so wanted to celebrate a title win at Rangers, his players let him down badly. LOL.
