  1. What? No computer? F**k me man, best of luck mate.
  2. Why not revert back to two leagues in Scotland? Worked for decades, no point in keeping catch up with the rest of Europe we're f**ked anyway. The end result will always be Rangers/septic champions what's the difference? Sure, most of the 'diddy teams' will get more money, good thing for the game unless scrupulous bottom feeders take advantage and fill their pockets and f**k off with the kitty. Concentrate on the bottom feeders firstly I think.
  3. Never for one minute Andy would I suggest otherwise. Did I? That's weird because I've always thought the opposite.
  4. Like the idea, but who's waiting for us? They'll never go away, it'll all kick off again with even more hatred when it happens.
  5. Suddenly the idea of 3rd Division football is becoming aware...what have we been dealt I wonder? Our arrogance some might say is our downfall.
  6. ....anyways, if that means the 3rd Division for Rangers in order to save football as it is, then my answer is no....it's not gonna work.
  7. Its not just Scottish football with this problem, The Spanish have also got a situation where wealth isn't being distributed fairly and squarely they will be thinking the same, along with other European countries. Anybody think this is a Scotland only problem?
  8. Its not about who gets promotion its about some mhanky club out there wanting the end of Rangers Football Club. Defo Morton.
  9. The Scottish Football League has been operating under a cloud for like for an eternity, David Longmuir has a voice at last thanks to the failings of others in charge of our game. It fails me it really does, why clubs like Queen of the South, Brechin, Hamilton Accies, Stenhousemuir and one other club voted Rangers into the 1st Division. Scottish football has now the opportunity to squash the pr*cks who've been dragging our game into the gutter. Good on David Longmuir on taking up the mantle.
  10. Might have to give up the Broomloan at every game.
  11. Manager Ally McCoist has vowed that Rangers "will come back stronger" as he prepares for life in Division Three. Scottish Football League clubs voted the new company into the bottom tier following the Scottish Premier League's rejection of their application. "Clearly, starting again from the bottom league is not ideal and makes the task of rebuilding Rangers a longer one," said McCoist. "I fully accept the decision and thank them for allowing us into the SFL." At Friday's SFL meeting, 29 of the 30 clubs voted to accept Rangers, but 25 were opposed to the resolution that proposed the team start in Division One. "The SFL was placed in an impossible situation and I respect its decision," said McCoist. "I fully supported the fans' views that starting again in Division Three maintains the sporting integrity that the SPL clubs were so keen on. "The SPL clubs and the SFA have made their positions clear over the last few weeks and it remains to be seen what the long-term effects of their decisions will be. "Rangers has been severely punished for the actions of some individuals who previously ran the club and it will take time for us to recover. "But we will come back stronger thanks to the loyalty of the fans and the commitment of everyone at Ibrox who are working tirelessly to bring stability and success back." Rangers chief executive Charles Green, who along with McCoist and Scottish FA chief executive Stewart Regan met the SFL chairmen ahead of the Hampden vote, has no plans to challenge the decision. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18835932
  12. Regan has f**ked up big-time, only one option left for him.
  13. Spot on...hope we have a decent squad of youngsters to take us out of that league at the first time of asking.
  14. ...mm, aye wonder who gave us the ultimate fly kick? Morton are my suspects. Edit: Just noticed the poll at the top, doh...I've picked 'other' and it asks why? It's a long story so will have to leave my reason out.
  15. ...and playing each other 4 times, get rid of that as well.
  16. Where in Scotland will you find our new salivating rivals?
  17. After independence hits our shores maybe we should open up a cafe' that allows smokin' pot and then we can take it from there.
  18. Dorin Goian - Legend.
  19. So much going on behind the scenes, he may well be right.
  20. Fine words from Goughy, but if Rangers going down to the 3rd division equates to Scottish clubs going to the wall then that simply can't be allowed to happen. Of course there will ALWAYS be a Rangers (just) but what will be left? Gough is saying - Part of their new plan to get Rangers in the First Division is a promise that the SPL will be made bigger — 14 or 16 clubs, they say. So why is this such a good idea all of a sudden? Here's a good idea - Put Rangers in the 3rd Division and watch Scottish football fly out the window and say 'I told you so' Richard Gough was a fine servant as captain of Rangers FC, but he should keep his mouth shut.
  21. 300 Spartans v 7.5M Proddy's?
  22. Ha! They thought a listed building was their listing building.
  23. Like Andy says, just let the ship sail......
  24. Even if the vote put's us in div3 - any bets that WONT be the end of it? This'll drag on for a few more weeks, k.o is a month away.
  25. Portsmouth have been told they must start next season in League One with a 10-point deduction. The Football League said on Thursday it will accept Pompey's membership provided whoever buys the club complies with a number of conditions, notably another points deduction. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/jul/12/portsmouth-10-point-deduction-league-one?newsfeed=true
