  1. It's crazy that we still need 4 points to qualify! Any other group, we would be as good as through!
  2. As it stands at the moment, Scotland have 24 points which is the highest amount of points out of all the teams in the Euro 2008 qualifying groups. No matter what group we are in (even though the group we are in is probably the toughest), we would be sitting top. Also shows just how well we have done so far. Long may it continue
  3. Left wing, right wing, behind a striker or front 2 or up front as well. Get him in!
  4. Surely deserves his chance now..... If we play him on the left wing, it will give us some creativity, class, composure and a bit of pace. Everytime I have seen him play he has been a standout on the park. He has had a few personal problems I believe since he has signed but he has got to be a better option than Charlie Adam on the left who is only good at set pieces and shots from outside the box. He was one of the best players in the SPL last season and even when he played against LA Galaxy, he never looked out of place. Even when he played for the Scotland B team, he came off the bench and scored. I can't wait to see him start a game in the SPL and it's hopefully sooner rather than later. There isn't the excuse of not doing it now so we don't have to change a winning team because we are not winning! This thread can also be for Novo, Buffel and even Chris Burke. Get him in the team Walter!....

It took me ages to make so you probably had yours up when I was making mine! Great minds think alike eh?... Seriously though, Buffel was outstanding. The run he made to set up Stevie Lennon's 3rd was outstanding. He skint Ritchie Byrne at the halfway line, right at the the touchline and ran in on goal, played a chip to the back post stranding the keeper and Lennon had a tap in!.... Really can't wait to see him back and I know that no one should hide in a Rangers jersey but we can maybe afford a luxury player now with the size of our squad and one thing is for sure, Watty won't let anyone hide with the team spirit we have in our team now. Other players have come of age under Smith (Hutton, McGregor, Papac) when they looked to be heading out so why can't Buffel?

Did anyone see his performance on Rangers TV?... Jesus Christ, what a player he can be for us. He set up 4 of the 5 goals. Also shows his attitude could be right now and he has a bit more drive and fire in the belly because he could have put his head down not being out in Lyon in the Champions League but playing in a freezing cold afternoon at Broadwood. He can really be like a new signing for us and I can't wait to see him back in the 1st team. Chris Burke looked good, scored a good goal and Stevie Lennon just looks better and better. Star man was Buffel though. It was the first 90min game he has played in 9 months and I really can't praise his performance high enough even though it was agasint a reserve side. It's usually tough games like that he would have went missing in. Playing Buffel off a lone striker (JCD or big Danny Cousin) could be ideal, especially in Europe I'm ready to give him one more chance. Mark Hatley was saying a few months ago how since Buffel signed, he has never been 100% fit and he always still wanted to play to justify his price tag to the fans. He said Buffel has been misunderstood by a lot of the support and how Buffel is a geat guy and always has time for the youngsters etc. Another point, Buffel has had BOTH knees operated on in the last 9 months. Tendonitits I beleive it was. The surgeon said that he has never heard of a Pro getting it in both knees so shows the recent problems Buffel has had....
  10. Hard country for any team to go to and get a result. Look at Everton just now....

    Sasa Papac

I am really happy with Papac and with each game, he looks even more better.
  12. On another note, I think it's dissapointing that Davie Weir never got the captaincy for tomorrow's game. I don't really back the reason of giving it to Fletcher to keep the momentum going as he had it against South Africa because the team will have various changes to the one that started that game. Davie Weir has more than 50 caps, official vice captain, been a great servent, and told Vogts to fuck off and for that alone, he deserves the captaincy. I'm not saying that Fletcher doesn't but he has over 10 years left to play for our country. Weir doesn't.........
  13. Think we will win tomorrow and at best, a point midweek. Georgia away is the one I fear will bust us..........
  14. The GersNet Loyal one that I helped Del with at a Killie away game is massive. Good luck with it and ill see it out there.
  15. The wrong people are now singing it whenever. eg, the buckfast brigade who in all honesty, probably have no idea what it's about. Also the scarfs being sold with it on them are pretty tastless as well. Time to bin it IMO.

    Run DMB????

Yep. When will we see this "blistering" pace that we have all heard about. Still to beat or even take a full back on! Get the finger out Mo' Fo'
  17. Get the funds raised you jobby!
  18. It's a toughie this one. I feel guilty leaving some out because they have all been great this season so far. Everyone will score and I guess it will depend on the opposition. What a difference though from past seasons!
  19. Nice one! That should be great.
  20. It's called being a family mate.........
  21. Posted on FF by someone... I can see Del!
