  1. Won't really know until they've received and studied legal opinion on the judgement. Interestingly it appears they were the only party defending this appeal.
  2. Oh I'm sure we'll see a concerted campaign (looks like it's already in motion!). Found this nugget interesting....
  3. At present it stands in its entirety.
  4. There 's hardly an investigative journalist in the country worthy of title and any there are couldn't give a flying f*&k about Rangers.
  5. Perhaps David Murray will break the habit of a lifetime and do the honourable thing put his hand in his pocket and fund the appeal.....
  6. I hope you are indeed correct and that I am wrong in that respect.
  7. The fly in the ointment being that MIH is being liquidated and I think it's fair to say Lloyds the main creditor won't fund any appeal which effectively means it would be up to OldCo (for all intents and purposes BDO) to fund any further action.
  8. Craig like many others on here has an understanding of the reality (and a memory) something you unfortunately seem to constantly misplace.
  9. Nothing to do with the High Court in London it would be the Supreme Court, two separate bodies.
  10. He views history as whatever his opinion is on the day.
  11. The market values SD at 17.09 times its earnings, every million it makes is worth 17.09m to the market capitalisation of the company. Markets value companies on a multiple of their earnings (among other things).
  12. Share price to earnings ratio. He owns 55% so personally benefits from 55% of any gain.
  13. That will take years to conclude and even with a satisfactory conclusion we'd then have to set upon another civil action against SD which would take years and cost millions with no guarantee of a satisfactory outcome.
  14. They get a bite of the cherry at every stage of the process, sourcing, delivery, storage, distribution, sales, branding etc...etc. Sports Direct has a P/E of 17.09 meaning every million they make from Rangers is worth £17.09 million to their market capitilisation and over £9m to Ashley personally.
  15. Will still have a few supporters among the Bears including on here no doubt!
  16. Shocking behaviour!!....
  17. Don't think that makes anything any clearer at all.
  18. Think he plead guilty to the lesser charge.
  19. The RST already had a Director on the Board, granted it was for a mere blink of an eye and RF have their man as Secretary. We must be careful that we don't get into a situation where the Board are influencing the Fans Groups rather than the other way round something we've had glimpses of in the not too distant past.
  20. The Gibbons "tackle" was premeditated, you can see him slapping hands with a team mate immediately afterwards probably had a bet on first to nail Oduwa. The Faria elbow to the throat was also deliberate. The fact that Dallas witnessed both incidents and was content to leave them both on the pitch is either gross incompetence or an act of cowardice either casts severe doubt on his ability as a referee.
  21. I want an ounce of whatever you've been smoking.....
  22. Bell has to be one of the if not the worst Rangers keeper I've seen, allied to the fact that he seems to be made of glass the sooner he departs the better. Five months after the event I still haven't worked out just exactly what the f*&k he was trying to do when helping the ball into his own net. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2s7634

  24. Murray got what he wanted from Rangers then discarded us like a child discards a toy that bores him, finally he sacrificed us for his own personal gain. He really doesn't give a flying f*&k. Whilst Murray had an uncanny ability to talk people into putting their money into Rangers he never managed to persuade himself to do like wise and he won't be doing so anytime in the future. It's wrong to assume there is no "benefit" of the shares, theoretically the liquidation process may obtain a surplus once the creditors have been paid. Also I've previously sold shares in a company that was being liquidated Midland and Scottish Reasources plc I honestly doubt whether he actually really has the ability to do so (certainly in the current stage of the process) and it would take a Damascene conversion for him to indulge in any altruistic act towards Rangers.
