  1. Found him to be quite receptive and easy to talk to and seems genuinely concerned that the Club finds a solution to the problems regarding disabled facilities. A breath of fresh air compared to the patronising, condescending charlatans I've previously encountered. Now for the first time I have real belief that progress will be made and improvements ensue.
  2. Having met both I've absolutely no desire to spend another second in the company of either.
  3. Wilson with a good grasp of the brief, Spiers floundering all over the place.
  4. Given the massive turnaround orchestrated by Warburton and Weir in such a short space of time I'm not over concerned (though I concede it'll be no walk in the park) at next seasons prospects as I expect the standard of personnel coming in will be of a much higher standard than those departing much like this season.
  5. Indeed it has! http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?42197-Celtic-board-members-Tax-cheats&highlight=
  6. Once upon a time Ye Olde SPL and SFL had an "official appointed adviser" a company who specialised in tax avoidance (see today's screed in the Sunday Times). The Chairman of said "official appointed adviser" was none other than a certain Mr Charles Green, I kid ye not.
  7. Oh there's little doubt his nose is out of joint and it's personal.
  8. Not convinced that is the actual case as they could have done that relatively easily anyway, I think it's just another move on the chessboard. Strangely enough had they invoked the deadlock clause last year we may well have received royalty payments in excess of the sums we've received from Rangers Retail.
  9. No but his hubris did us no favours.
  10. At least 8 English clubs used EBT's, 15 were paying image rights. The FA mediated on behalf of their member clubs with HMRC, we had the egotistical maniac that is David Murray handling it on our behalf.
  11. Listen from about 1.35.00 in, lasts approx 4 minutes. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b06kq42k It seems to be the consensus among the legal/tax avoidance sector that the judgement is wrong and should be appealed, I suppose that needs the caveat that it's in their interests to do so.
  12. This is without doubt the most complex liquidation Scotland has ever seen. It took liquidators over 9 years to conclude the liquidation of Whyte's Vital UK and this is many times the scale of that.
  13. Goal 4 one of my favourite Rangers goals. Enjoy your glass of milk Dado!
  14. BDO are a world away from D&P, whist we couldn't have had worse administrators we couldn't have gotten much better people to handle the liquidation.
  15. That's something that suited Murray and he simply didn't give a f*&k what it did to the club.
  16. Always considered that stance to be self defeating.
  17. Understand and for the most part agree with what you've expressed with the exception that I think this case as went so far down the road that we may as well stay on till we arrive at the terminus.
  18. Haven't claimed they would, though I firmly believe Murray personally should (fund an appeal).
  19. Can only think Lloyds put the kibosh on the Murray companies participation and that BDO weighed up the odds and decided the upside was worth the risk if was home they do likewise this time round too.
  20. Half inched from FF courtesy of the poster Vidmar...
  21. Won't really know until they've received and studied legal opinion on the judgement. Interestingly it appears they were the only party defending this appeal.
  22. Oh I'm sure we'll see a concerted campaign (looks like it's already in motion!). Found this nugget interesting....
  23. At present it stands in its entirety.
