Just another irritant. There would have been a legal challenge to Resolution 10 had it passed (in addition to Ashley's pre AGM action).

To be expected, I'm surprise it wasn't challenged earlier as the Board made their intentions clear.

It's an irritant more than anything else certainly nothing fatal.

Yes it would, was going to hold off till 11 before leaving but knew there problems on the M90 and other routes. Could have been worse though.

One drawback of the system is the time it takes for support to arrive for Waghorn. Many times we're effectively playing 2-5-2-1 and often the "wingers" drop back a bit when the full backs bomb forward which at times leaves Waghorn even more isolated.
