  1. Yes it is.
  2. See you there!
  3. One of our guys won the £250 prize today, missed the goal in his eagerness to collect it!
  4. Thought Garner was at best meh, never thought I'd see a Rangers striker with less ability to time a run into the box than Nicky Clarke but I have now. Holt, Hill, Windass and even Kiernan to name but a few put in way better performances than Garner today. If Windass hasn't got a niggle today then that substitution was batshit.
  5. Best half time entertainment for years.
  6. That's the day the Sunday Mail gave him a 10/10 rating.
  7. Was with him last night, he and Wullie Johnston came along to the Rangers Disabled Supporters Club AGM.
  8. They were fully aware.
  9. Think (but by no means certain) it's ok for them to convert the loans to equity up to what they'd be entitled to under the pre-emptive part of the issue, not sure if the proposed special resolution is enough to cover anything in excess of that but it may well be. If the special resolution passes then they have 12 months (or to the next AGM whatever comes first) to issue the non-preemptive shares so in theory they may not be issued at the same time as the preemptive ones.
  10. Is there a rearranged date for Peterhead yet?
  11. We'll have to wait till we see the finer details of the rights issue to exactly what's what but it's quite possible they may not opt for full conversion at this time though I think they probably will. The size of the issue was a bit of a surprise to me as I thought we'd opt for 2/3 smaller ones over a period of 2/3 years . Agree re balance sheet and scoring goals but currently the balance sheet like our defence needs a bit of shoring up.

  13. The benefit to the Club of the interest free and non commercial nature of the loans will probably be of greater value than any return on the converted equity. What other realistic options are there to settle the outstanding loans?
  14. That's a perfectly logical scenario but I don't think it will quite play out that way.
  15. I don't see it as getting their money back as they'd have to sell for that to actually happen and the only realistic buyers are the Directors and loanees themselves.
  16. Should be done regularly as a matter of course.
  17. He does indeed and I'd grant him his wish come January.
  18. Substituting Garner was easy to understand he was a f*&kin statue, was going to offer him a shot of my wheelchair to see if that improved his mobility.

  20. One dimensional and predictable
  21. Ross County 1 - 3 Rangers FGS Holt
  22. It will potentially double the existing 81,478,201 shares 2/3 on a pre-emptive basis and 1/3 on a non pre-emptive basis. Given they can call a GM anytime and propose a special resolution gunslinger is technically correct, it's possible to increase the equity without issuing a prospectus (we did so via the Open Offer method) but that iirc has a limit of £5m.
  23. I was just questioning some of your suppositions feel free to answer it may even as someone said to me the other day "stimulate the debate". With AGM's being a mandatory annual event and non pre-emptive rights automatically expire at the AGM following the one in which they were granted I guess they always will be around some corner or other. I'm not saying anyone will be found guilty of anything. May as well ask how long is a piece of string or how long does it take a parcel from Belfast to reach Fraserburgh? I've always taken the view it's up to each individual to buy or not to buy don't you?
  24. Oh I'm sure you have a myriad of other ways to pass the time!
  25. Perhaps, perhaps not, but we should have a better understanding come close of play on December 2. Nest season is the last season of the Puma deal, who knows they may decide its not worth the time and effort. How has too much time passed? The case hasn't even gone to trial yet? Hows he doing in his court actions against us so far? Every avenue hasn't been exhausted though has it? "The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine".
