[FT] Hamilton 1 - 2 Rangers (Waghorn 45, 52)
forlanssister replied to Norris Cole's topic in Rangers Chat
So they let one wheelchair using Rangers fan into the main stand how gracious of them. Hamilton's actions towards Old Firm wheelchair fans is probably the most vile, disgusting and mean spirited I've ever encountered. Normally when visiting away grounds there's a problem with lack of suitable spaces however that is not the case at Hamilton. At the front of their main stand there are 22 wheelchair and carer spaces and seats circa 12 of them are in the section of the stand that is given to Rangers (and Celtic) but instead of giving these spaces which are among the best in Scotland given that they are elevated and undercover and provide excellent views to wheelchair fans they sell the carers tickets to regular fans at the normal price (wheelchair & carer tickets are £10) and leave the wheelchair spaces to lay vacant. Assuming the tickets are the same price as the North Stand £22 Hamilton are f*&king over Rangers (and Celtic) wheelchair fans to make a grand total of £144 , how f*&king sad is that? The wheelchair spaces they did issue were in front of the North Stand are restricted view (cannot see the near goal line) uncovered and due to the location of the entrances, kiosks and toilets practically everyone in the stand has to walk right in front of the wheelchair section constantly blocking the already restricted view. If wheelchair fans in the North Stand want to go to the toilet they have to leave the North Stand and go to Main Stand where the accessible toilet is located. -
Rangers 2 ( Kiernan, McKay) v Hearts 0 post-match discussion
forlanssister replied to pete's topic in Rangers Chat
Work rate in the last two games since the capitulation at Tynecastle has been phenomenal. Wilson's best game since he came back to Ibrox. Keirnan's best game in a Rangers shirt. Garner, how centre half's must hate playing against him. McKay doing again what we all know he can but hasn't of late. Tavernier if he put half the effort he put in today we wouldn't have lost at Tynecastle the other week. Holt just doesn't stand still always available all over the park, more like the Holt we saw last season. Not forgetting Warburton who has shown to be more flexible than many thought. -

The sale of Pittodrie won't go anywhere near paying for the construction of the new stadium (house prices and rents are tumbling up here, a lot of squeaky bums about property wise) but that wont worry them as Aberdeen City Council and perversely Aberdeenshire Council will likely pick up the tab. -
Have a good one Christine .....

It hasn't and neither has Hearts (yet).

What a transformation after Wednesday's capitulation. Some shift from Garner, don't think there was a single sheep he didn't leave his mark on, best performance by a lone striker in blue since Cousin's final game. Thank f*&k for Clint Hill. Stevie McLean seriously wtf was that! Bet Ryan Jack gets a round of applause next time he boards the Granite City RSC bus bound for Ibrox.

Seven ways I disagree with Warburton's footballing philosophy
forlanssister replied to calscot's topic in Rangers Chat
McCoists ineptitude revealed itself long before Llambias's arrival at Ibrox even if it appears you did not notice. At the risk of repeating myself I have no problem with views contrary to my own, everyone's entitled to their own view however they're not entitled to their own facts and when that's pointed out to you the cry is pedantry. I'm not a Kate Moss kinda guy for me it's Lesley Hornby all the way. The jury on Warburton is most certainly out but the one on McCoist was determined long ago. Text books are constantly being rewritten. You may well be comparing results but I'm using the evidence of my own eyes which witnessed every single McCoist game (bar his opening league game) and every single Warburton game bar Wednesday's first 7 or 8 minutes. I really don't need to understand your reasoning at all just as no one is obliged to understand mine or anyone else's. I think everyone's views are valid even if they're diametrically opposite to mine just because I disagree with someone's opinion doesn't invalidate it, unlike yourself obviously. Ooh more dry wit! But you don't go to great lengths to explain your views or debate them however you do go to great lengths to provide yourself with a platform to pontificate and belittle people and not so subtly claim moral and intellectual superiority over them and that's not a viewpoint I can claim exclusivity to as thread ably demonstrates. I probably do Lolz if you think I hate someone for the views they hold on an internet forum you are indeed nuts. What were Templeton and Wallace if they weren't "positive transfer spends"? If MW eventually fails the he fails but I for one am glad we bypassed Largs and went down another route. It doesnt read like that. I seem to remember the Celtic team that knocked out Hearts being knocked out by Warburton's Rangers. Attacking lol don't be so precious. There's little point in anyone pointing that out to you if you can't see it for yourself. I've never had a dream about Kate Moss in my entire life, not like you to be loose with the facts eh? I may be many things on here but popular is not one of them que sera, sera. -
Have already booked a 3 day jolly Fri-Mon staying in Berlin and taking the train to the game.

Seven ways I disagree with Warburton's footballing philosophy
forlanssister replied to calscot's topic in Rangers Chat
Said many times I don't mind feeding the troll in moments of inane boredom such as now as I await the arrival of a nurse to play about at my bum, it's not as if it requires any bait is it? By the time McCoist finally got round to resigning promotion under his stewardship was anything but feasible. Of course it's a factor in my opinions that's why I'm not hitching up to the Warburton must go bandwagon, I'm fully aware just how f*&ked we were at every level of the footballing department from the very bottom to the very top, note Craig's constant posts re the current progress of all levels of the youth department and how they are embracing Warburton's philosophy. In amongst the bollox of imagining Warburton's side is as bad the McCoist manged version the condescension is indeed noted. I have absolutely no problem with people disagreeing with me 30 odd years married to the most contrary woman on the planet is testament to that. You have a fundamental misunderstanding of why you attract animosity it certainly isn't because you make a well reasoned case far from it as you actually seldom do. What you think is a well reasoned case is usually little more than pontification and a not so subtle claim to moral and intellectual superiority usually complete with some free psychoanalysis it's that and the constant I,I,I,me,me,me,you, you, you shit causes the animosity and antipathy. McCoist had over 2 years to prepare a team for promotion from the Championship, Warburton had 6 weeks and a budget less than the cost of David Templeton. I don't doubt for one second that you can't see how Warburton is a better fit for Rangers than McCoist in the managerial arena. What evidence is that? However he lost 0 points to a McCoist managed Rangers, St Mirren equivalent to Hearts aye right. Yes the whole season would include the Petrofac and Scottish Cup Finals both of which are absent from Neilson's CV. Ooh such dry wit, shouldn't that be over my head? -
I don't know of a single bear who doesn't want us to play 2 upfront myself included, not that I'm averse to 4-3-3 it's just that I don't think we really do play 4-3-3

Whilst we always line up 4-3-3 we more often than not actually play more 4-5-1 and 2-2-5-1 this far more noticeable live in the flesh so to speak than on the tv. Take Wednesday for example, the numerous times we punted it forward to Dodoo and Garner there was no sight of the wide players on either side being anywhere near them so on the odd occasions they did win it in the air there was nobody prepared to gamble to run into the space where the ball may drop, basically the lone striker has to chase their own flick ons as none of their fellow forwards are anywhere near them let alone the midfield arriving in support.

Oh but I do irony by the bucket load which is fortunate as your posts contain it by the bucket load, none so blind as those who will not see and all that. Should we compare McCoist's and Warburton's attempts to extradite us from the Championship? Should we compare McCoist's three attempts to win the Challenge (Ramsdens/Petrofac) Cup and Warburton's one and only shot at it? Should we compare their respective attempts at reaching the Scottish Cup Final? Bit bizarre considering Wedenesday was Warbutons first meeting with Hearts which resulted in the same scoreline as McCoist's last visit to Tynecastle, he also lost the opening League game at Ibrox 1 - 2. Warburton couldn't match Hearts in an easier league? Not surprising when he never played them in the Champioship. Both Neilson and Warburton won the Championship at a canter Neilson by a wider margin but with the benefit of playing a McCoist managed Rangers twice. Rarely on here a particular emoticon has been so apt -

McCoist never even reached the heights of medicore. Don't you ever get tired of pontificating with your "Me,me,me, I,I,I, you, you, you" shit? Last nights exchanges with Craig being a classic example. The rest of certainly f*&kin do. As gunslinger alludes you most definitely are the trolls troll. **awaits wrath of admin while someone goes clipeing like a whiny 2 year old** -
When Hearts played it long yesterday they did so by playing it over the top of our full backs into space for their wide players to run onto whereas when we played it long it was an aimless punt up the park. Again yesterday Foderingham had many opportunities to throw the ball out quickly to someone in space and simply faffed about and ended up punting it up the park. Agree re too many touches but that's something we've been doing all season when last season we move the ball far faster, Wilson and Halliday being prime offenders of that trait.
-
I blame the players more than the manager, several of them looked as if they'd chucked it.
-
For those south of Stonehaven subtitles may well be an option.
-
My understanding is that short term wise we have enough cash to see out the season. The Ashley situation is outwith our control and the direction will be driven by the various court cases. Think the bog standard rights issue will be the way forward though there are other options available but these are smaller and may have disadvantages as well as advantages.
