  1. It appears as if all he's interested in is avoiding injury which would indicate a desire for pastures new.
  2. Not normally but if you tell them at the door you're picking tickets from the Fraserburgh guys there wont be a problem.
  3. LOL...just told him that in PM.
  4. Yes can do. How old is your son?
  5. Aye sure no probs.
  6. Definitely a punch in the face but equally not a knock out blow.
  7. Sadly I share the same concerns as yourself but hope forlornly perhaps that the Board have a viable plan to square the circle.
  8. Habit perhaps. King's business modus operandi is definitely not the norm. Control is the factor in play rather than ownership. I'm sure it can still be doable but what conditions would be placed is anybody's guess. I'm pretty sure it would have easy enough to have gotten a dispensation at the time of the initial purchases think the worst case scenario would have been the TP giving him time to offload 4.16% and pretty certain friendly hands could have been found for them given they were 20p. Agree re the rather illogical and irrational nature of the order and have a degree of sympathy for King but this could have been easily avoided had he adopted a less hubristic stance. His actions in this instance fly in the face of the statement he issued when he settled his SARS case.
  9. It is indeed like many chapters in this sorry saga very odd for we have enough enemies without indulging in our seemingly endless penchant for self harming. Thing is if the intention was to convert the shareholder loans into equity that in itself would require a dispensation from Rule 9, normally pretty much of run of the mill given just as they got one across the city. However if you need the Takeover Panel to grant you a dispensation I hazard a guess pissing them about for two years may well be not the best way to go about it.
  10. Alas delayed due to the self inflicted clusterf*&k.
  11. Can sort you out if you wish, half of our guys are fishermen or work offshore so we've always spares for Ibrox games.
  12. Ironically enough Somers & Co would have been failing in their duty if they didn't report it!
  13. He did it as he probably though he'd get away with it. Read the TAB report in its entirety and you cannot reach any other conclusion other than it was a deliberate act. George Letham warned him in black and white not to exceed the 30% or Rule 9 would come into play.
  14. I wouldn't be overly confident that their efforts this time round will end in failure.
  15. It shouldn't cost the Club a single penny as the order is against him personally not the Club. It states in the TAB report quite clearly George Letham warned him of the dangers of going over 30%, one of the reasons the panel are making King make the offer and not any of the other Concert Party members (yet anyway!) All that is irrelevant regards the ruling. King is solely to blame for this situation arising, every man and his dog are aware of the Rule 9 requirements. Breaking Rule 9 was not an accident it was a deliberate act and that has consequences which are affecting the Club not just King.
  16. Cue the no money cry's. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/scotland/king-insists-rangers-can-rely-on-youth-s7s3ffgsc
  17. We have a problem with that song and it needs sorted asap. Sticking your fingers in your ears and pretending it isn't being sung is as self defeating as actually singing the song itself. We gave our enemies a stick with which to beat us the second that song was sung you should perhaps aim your ire at the idiots singing it not those condemning it.
  18. You can hear it at Ibrox emanating from BF1.
  19. Thanks for helping us out with the ticket, it's appreciated!
  20. That was f*&king sweet! Going to be a good week ahead up here

  22. After Saturdays' edge of the seat second half tonight was a turgid borefest
