The day I was in court, went to a chippy for lunch, Doleman was searching his pockets trying to scrape enough to get a poke of chips. During one of the breaks nipped out for a fag and Doleman was on the phone to one of his mates asking for a tap.

Don't shoot the messenger! The way Johnston explained it was that when Murray departed one of the first things they found out was that there was £8m outstanding on unpaid transfer fee instalments, the next was that Murray had promised Bain various amounts for which Bain held IOU's (this is separate to the bonus that was revealed in court). Johnston informed Bain that there simply was the money to settle the IOU's, Johnston agreed that they should be honoured over a period of time and Bain also agreed to that hence the 'contract' which Johnston described as a "guideline", it was not at any time a formal legal contract and both parties were aware that there was no recourse to enforce the terms. That's as far as I can expand as that's basically all that Johnston revealed on the matter, a rather odd situation all round.

The floating charge was drawn up in 1999 by none other than David Grier then employed by BoS.

They had a solicitor present on their behalf sitting in the Public Gallery (at least during Ross Bryan's evidence), Findlay clocked him and outed him. I was in court one of the days Bryan was giving evidence. Ticketus weren't duped they were willing participants and succumbed to their own greed.

AJ explained the Bain 'contract' in the Q&A, the 'contract' was never valid and never could be, it was an attempt to clear up another of Murrays messes. There was no possibility of the 'contract' ever being enforced.

He used the phrases "third party" and "external" when referring to debt several times over both morning and evening speeches. He did claim not a £1 of debt on the balance sheet, a take on things I don't share as the loans are real an in existence no matter how 'soft' they may be.

No third party debt was the phrase used iirc.

The Mark Daly documentary story is 100% true, was in the room when AJ spoke.

Sorry that was more or less King's exact words, it covers a wide scope from going it alone to virtually the current deal or a variation of it. I feel it reads better than it actually will be,sadly.

Shirt sponsor done hopefully be revealed next week. Confident of having a retail structure that woild allow fans to buy new kit in time for new season. Four new players over the next few days, confident of getting all Pedro's first choices. DoF currently under contract but should be free soon. Very positive meeting, King spoke well.

I always update twitter on 43 minutes and scroll back at H-T because as you say it's nigh on impossible to get a signal at H-T. If you miss the Rising Stars numbers at H-T you can check them online after the game, have to do that quite often during the winter when I go in to try and defrost.
