Rangers fans brand Aberdeen fan forum members “dregs of society”

Never ceases to amaze just how many can't see the Saltire in the Union Flag. -
Wouldn't be in the slightest surprised if it's the Lisbon Liars stand because when we do the Bouncy in there it swings a good few inches.

Not heavyweight enough for our needs sadly.

Your memory fails you. IIRC it was circa £70m and got circa £25m of lottery money, for that amount of cash it's an utter shithole.

Hearts 1 - 3 Rangers - Player Ratings and MoM Poll

Thought the same as Tannochside at the game but on the tv you can clearly see him pulling the shirt, as you say clear foul. -
It's a prime residential area the land would be worth a mint, flog it off or develop it and put the proceeds towards the SRU's share of a new National Stadium.

What was Andrew Dickson's business experience prior to his employment at Rangers? Always thought Paul Murray had more of a fund management background than business per se,no?

Hampden is a crap stadium and was exceptionally poor value for money, I've always believed at the time there should have been a full public enquiry into it. It's basically a conference centre with a football pitch thrown on to it. The fans experience was very much an afterthought. Murrayfield wasn't much better in my opinion, it's a National Stadium and at a sporting event the only accessible disabled toilets I had access to were chemical portaloos it's 2017 furfuxake. Both stadiums disabled facilities are little more than a sick joke. I'd knock them both down and build a new multi-use National Stadium round about Stirling as it affords easy access to the whole of Scotland from North,South, East and West. Contrary to what many people imagine there's more to Scotland than Edinburgh and Glasgow and the bit in between.

Won't go down to well with some on here but there's plenty accountants on the Board as it is (off the top of my head I can think of at least 4) Could be done with a few more businessmen and at least one heavyweight politician though.

It's a pretty unique situation (unaware of any similar case providing a comparison) we're facing but I certainly wouldn't lose any sleep over it, more an irritation than anything else.

40 million is a red herring as they don't have to issue 40 million at once if they don't want to and also they could increase the 40 million to 400 million (or any other number)if they feel the need to do so. It's perfectly normal practice for rights issues to be held at a discount to market price and it's not unknown for them to be at a premium to market price either.

They wouldn't actually be taking their money back as such though and in fairness to them I doubt they're looking for it back anytime soon if ever.

Half inched from a thread on FF. Don't think he said much wrong at all, a few home truths.

When will it be time to go for Pedro?
forlanssister replied to Tannochsidebear's topic in Rangers Chat
Do we give the next manager one window and if he doesn't set the heather on fire before the following window bin him and so and so on and so on........? -
They took enough of their chances while we didn't despite having plenty, this happens. Don't think there's much to blame Pedro for today (after all he picked the same team as Frankie ) Wish Windass was more like his father obviously got his courage from his mothers side, which is a pity as he's athletic and technically decent oh for some desire and bravery. Beginning to think the shirts too heavy for him. As for the referee if honest it was to be expected and sadly the die was cast whilst we were drifting around rudderless. This season it's been beyond a joke and I can't see it getting any better, one of our players is going to end up seriously injured as a result. Playing on twice when players were clearly struggling with head injuries is incompetent and dangerous.

https://www.disabledgo.com/organisations/rangers-football-club/main It's a great addition that page and credit to Robert Boyle and his colleagues at Rangers responsible for its production, it's on a par there with the Arsenal and Leicester City pages . Hopefully one day the actual facilities will match those of Arsenal and Leicester City too.

Not sure but some are saying it's the university football team's stadium.

If it's come to that then it doesn't bode well.
