Perhaps the systems operated by Ticketus are not infallible.

Alistair Johnston to begin insolvency case against Rangers

I'd honestly be surprise if we don't suffer an "insolvency event" before the result of the FTT is known. -

No Whyte needs to show the provenance of the monies from where they left Ticketus to where they are now. -

No he's telling the world in fifty feet high flashing neon letters that he's unfit for the purpose, kind of like Registrar Simmonds did in his judgement. -

That would be for the courts to decide Alastair Johnston would have absolutely no input to that decision whatsoever. -

He wants to the Insolvency Service to confirm what Craig Whyte refuses to confirm and in the process prevent Whyte from raping, pillaging and then killing the club. The Insolvency Service have the power to get the court to appoint suitable persons to run the club. It may well be too late to avoid administration but not too late to avoid liquidation. -

Alistair Johnston to begin insolvency case against Rangers

â?? I have had numerous approaches following the recent revelations in the press about the acquisition of Rangers Football Club and the use of future season ticket money. I am not in a position to answer all the questions put to me, but I do recognise the issue is causing much concern. I believe this is a prevalent view amongst Rangers stakeholders who are now demanding full transparency about the funding of the acquisition of the Club, its current financial status, and most importantly, the way forward. In order to allow all of the options potentially available to stabilize the Club be explored, there must be total disclosure of all the underlying obstacles that need to be surmounted in order to achieve this. Therefore, in my capacity as the Chairman of the Club during the period when it has been alleged that certain financial arrangements of concern were executed by the buyer, I have formally requested that the Intelligence & Enforcement Directorate investigate and clarify this matter once and for all which is surely in the interests of all concerned.â? Rangers owner Craig Whyte may have lied in court case
forlanssister replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I think the "technicality" shit has been well and truly put to bed now. -
Or equally it could be that Craig Whyte was bricking it that there would be no money taken in during the window that in sheer desperation he employed Kenny Moyes to flog Jelavic to Davie Moyes

A rare bit of possible good news!!! -
Somebody's telling lies, seems McCoist doesn't think it's Jelavic.

Craig Whyte speaks to the Sun and sets record straight

Part 2 ( Had to split due to length but needed to include the article der Berliner originally quoted) I posted this elsewhere, may as feel post it here Which one RFC Group ? doesn't that hold a floating charge over all RFC plc assets? Prove it by showing us the books, audited and signed off ones. So when we pay in full to renew our season tickets Rangers FC will receive 100% of that monies or does any of it go to Ticketus? In what way? in the way that you fully own Liberty Capital BVI which in turn owns RFC Group which in turn holds a floating charge over all RFC plc assets? Good for you, I'm impressed. By the way has any shareholder been to Ibrox and inspected your Director's Contract as is their right in law? Roll over would indicate that the facility would be used on an annual basis yet you said it was 3 years, are you intending to roll over 3 years season ticket monies every season. You would say that wouldn't you?..... Let me get this bit straight are you saying that Octopus does not hold a charge against RFC Group (or even Liberty Capital BVI) which ultimately holds the floating charge over RFC plc's assets which would effectively give Octopus a de fact charge over the assets of RFC plc? Oops nearly forgot have you once again engaged the services of Carter Ruck?, my guess is no. Not so easy when the ultimate "owner" is hidden behind the tax haven of the BVIs is it? but then that's the whole idea to hide things from fans and shareholders ain't it ? Hell mend those who did. Simple question are both RFC Group and RFC plc fully up to date with their VAT liabilities? How much of that £4m came from mortgaging our future catering income to Close Leasing? What was the actual (not the reported) transfer fees paid for A Bocanegra and B Goin. How much of the £1.5m have we actually paid and how much is still outstanding? Oh no it's not! We concur!.... Then why did you just employ Kenny Moyes to flog Jelavic to Everton when the player is adamant he would have stayed with Rangers if you hand wanted him to. Are you sure about that? The accounts need an AGM to pass them but an AGM doesn't need a set of accounts in order to be held does it? Anyway you can call a (E)GM at any time you wish can't you? in fact if 5% of the shareholders request one the law says you have to hold one doesn't it? You can easily get the accounts signed off if you really wished though couldn't you ? Getting them signed off to your personal satisfaction well that's a different thing altogether. It's not a chicken and egg it's a red f*&king herring isn't it? Yup they're not so easily to fool as yer average punter in the Enclosures (like moi!). Suppliers insurance companies aren't stupid shocker! Aye you need a decision from the FTT in order to start the Liquidation process, what would the fans think if we were to go bust before the FTT decision, who could they possibly blame then, surely not a world renowned venture capitalist with an unblemished track record of using his own funds to rescue and reinvigorate distressed companies, na don't think that either. Well technically it could be argued liquidation isn't administration is it? -

Replacing The Rangers and 140 years of history and tradition with A Rangers for me constitutes the greatest danger that can befall us.

Is it just me or does anybody else think that the new screens are not in fact "new", they don't look much better than the old ones and the quality seems far inferior to other big screen systems I've seen recently. -
Did we engage Kenny Moyes in the last few days of the transfer window specifically in order to sell Jelavic for a lesser fee than we had been offered previously ?
