  1. Perhaps the possibility of a bonus for ridding LBG and MIH of a large headache. Donald Muir in the Rangers delegation with Ali Russell and Gordon Smith 28/12/11 http://willievass.photoshelter.com/gallery-image/281211-Celtic-v-Rangers/G0000Pwkid1vKUzQ/I00006nrTtxPg0y8
  2. I would like to think you are correct but David Grier claims to be "Donald Muirs' best mate", the same David Grier sat at Whytes' side as AJ asked about the Ticketus deal to which Whyte denied all knowledge of it, this happened while the Ticketus money was sitting in Collyer Bristows client account.
  3. There are no shades of grey between his previous utterances re Ticketus and todays admission they're as different as black and white. Seriously WTF is it going to take for you to waken up?
  4. But then he's never tried to F*&K with The Rangers before !
  5. From his interview with Tom English the other week. All he's done today is admit that he's a liar.
  6. He has indeed but only after he was told the administrators would be revealing it.
  7. The latest offering from Nick Harris http://www.sportingintelligence.com/2012/02/21/revealed-whyte-and-ticketus-meet-rangers-administrators-confirm-source-of-takeover-funds-210201/
  8. Do I detect a slight wavering in your previous steadfast believe that Whyte is the man and the rest of us are talking crap?
  9. Fit and proper test would be the least of his worries, if AJ was correct and what he did was obtain "Financial assistance" (and reading the Mail it looks that way) then he could get 2 years at Her Majestys' pleasure. http://www.ibblaw.co.uk/downloads/brochures/2010-05-27-15-06-39-financial_assistance.pdf
  10. That seems to be the killer part if the money went straight from Ticketus to Collyer Bristow to Lloyds then that is "Financial Assistance" and all bets are off.
  11. I know you would that thought that he'd have came knocking on the door before especially with him being A Jehovah's Witness !!!!!
  12. Was first mooted in Saturday's Daily Mail, friend of Souness apparently.
  13. I wholeheartedly agree that we don't "owe" him any money (I've harped on about him just spending £1 often enough) but somehow or other he has engineered it so that his company holds the floating charge, we must get that invalidated some how or other or he will be in a position to blackmail us with the threat of liquidation, hearing he wants between £10m - £20m to f*&k off. Don't know never seen it.
  14. It seems there's a quarter of a million pounds of ours involved, bit naughty methinks.
  15. Far from being a red herring it is the gun he'll place to our heads then say, "Give me the money or I kill your club".
  16. A Damascene like conversion from Leggat the producer of some golden Whyte nuggets..... What will Mr Hay & Mr Mckerron think of such treachery ? :admin:
  17. I'm led to believe that Merchant House Group are presently engaging in some major arse cleaning too.
  18. Perhaps he will be, there's a lot more to come out yet about this sorry saga. His advisor's seem to be prepared to keep their own arses clean by denying any involvement in his dealings http://www.sportingintelligence.com/2012/02/19/rangers-crisis-whyte-%E2%80%98ignored-settlement-advice%E2%80%99-chances-of-regaining-control-recede-190201/
  19. Some people send bullets and bombs through the post to someone who is merely an irritating ginger c*&t who no matter how hard he tried couldn't do any long term harm to our club let alone kill it. I'm not for one minute calling for the liquidation of Craig Whyte merely asserting that there are probably some people who may like to do so. I'll see you your German woman and raise you a Swiss air traffic controller and a Russian father.
  20. ....and in all probability illegal !!!
  21. Perhaps someone should point out to Whyte that if we're liquidated there are some who would be willing to do likewise to him.
  22. Always appeared to be no more than a fig-leaf for Whyte.
  23. Yes indeed, it's no coincidence that he is the secretary in a few of his companies.
  24. I don't know if RFC would still own the assets or not because as I said they went to court to get the documents stricken from the record and no replacement was presented by RFC plc to the court, but the RFC Group Ltd may have registered one in England (if indeed one is required). Although the Charge was dated 26 May 11 the striking order has the date as 31 May 11, although both refer to charge No 8, don't know if there is anything significant in that or not.
  25. I believe the position of company secretary doesn't require FSA approval IIRC.
