I think he's alluding to a clause in the SPA where it stated Whyte needed the clubs or Lloyds agreement to enter into such an undertaking, and hinting that perhaps Llyods assisted Whyte in obtaining "Financial assistance" as a result of their possible actions, it is also just as possible that Lloyds in fact did no such thing.

Statement On Fans - Kilmarnock game

Agree re the lack of mentioning 'Huns'. We must play them at their own game re 'Huns' till it is afforded the same level of (alleged ?) offensiveness . -
Statement On Fans - Kilmarnock game

I'm well aware what Fenian actually means, it's not a word I'm shy to use myself at the right time and in the right place. Singing it at a Rangers game isn't an act of defiance any-more it's a self inflicted injury. We have enough troubles at the moment without seeking them out. I'd like nothing more than to attend a game where the Billy Boys is belted out at full voice for 90 minutes but sadly those days are f*&ked and no matter how much we want they're not coming back. -

Don't think it's about the Billy Boys, I certainly never heard it being sung. Ignorant journalists probably confused it with the Killie Boys. However the 'F' word was sung loud and clear on numerous occasions. We simply gave our enemies a stick to beat us with. -
Leggo - David Murray To Be Questioned BY Rangers Administrators
forlanssister replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Since Leggat asks us to look back in his archive lets travel all the way back to 2/2/12 http://leggoland2.blogspot.com/2012/...aig-whyte.html Damascene doesn't even begin to describe it! -
Reply from RSA, they are aware of complaints against Gary Withey and taking them seriously by the look of it, could take 4-6 weeks till they contact me again. Cheers to all those who sent emails. Still no reply from Collyer Bristow.

Andrew Ellis - "I was duped by Craig Whyte"
forlanssister replied to Craigy1881's topic in Rangers Chat
Whyte and Ellis both Keith Waterhouse and James Thurber would struggle to match that pair. -
That could have been easily achieved without killing the club, all Murray had to do was withdraw from the FTT then Whyte could've filed for administration. As much as Murray was/is at fault this was no part of any master-plan.

Concise and to the point!....

Fair enough, but I think there will be further missives sent as the evidence unfurls. If anybody wants to "personalise" the form letter feel free to do so.

Catering contract and catering upgrades at Ibrox
forlanssister replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
I've nothing against leasing screens either per se but we should have at least had state of the art equipment the "new" screens are of pretty poor quality. -
If you are a shareholder spend a couple of minutes of your time to email this complaint to Collyer Bristow the London based solicitors of which Gary Withey, Craig Whytes partner in crime and secretary of Rangers Football Club plc is a partner. Let them know we're not going to fade quietly away while they rape and pillage our great club for no other reason than financial self interest without a thought for this club, it's people, it's shareholders and last but no means least the fans. Let them know, "We Are The People"! Massive thanks to Charlie Chan on FF for both having the wit to think of this course of action and for writing this form letter on our behalf. Mark email subject "FAO Complaints Partner" and send to cblaw@collyerbristow.com You can send a copy here to.... complaintsteam@sra.org.uk Solicitors Regulation Authority http://www.sra.org.uk/complain/

Catering contract and catering upgrades at Ibrox
forlanssister replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
As far as I'm led to believe RFC had set aside £2m and Azure contributed £1m prior to the takeover, I remember the first inkling of improvements was posted on here (by Bears iirc) and that sort of ties in. Also I'm led to believe the Close Leasing deal was for in excess of £3m and that Phil Betts received a commission for that deal while serving as an RFC plc director. The new screens are not new but "used" and they were not bought they were leased, RFC plc secretary Gary Withey was a director of a company called The Plasma Warehouse Group plc which just happened to deal in large scale audio visual systems, a rather uncanny coincidence. -
One day you'll have to change your tune....

Alastair Johnston Has Written To The Admin.
forlanssister replied to chilledbear's topic in Rangers Chat
Full statement. As the former Chairman of Rangers Football Club who acted in such a capacity during the period surrounding the acquisition of the majority shareholding in the Club by Wavetower Limited*, I would request that you investigate and report on the issues pertaining to compliance with Part III, paragraph 1 of the â??Circular to the Shareholders of The Rangers Football Club P.L.C.,â? dated June 3, 2011, a copy of which has been previously furnished to you. (Exhibit 1) The Purchaserâ??s Warranties and Undertakings recited in this paragraph are self-explanatory and â??are expressed to be enforceable by both the Club and Vendor.â? In this regard, I draw your attention to the recourse described in Para 1 (h), i.e. â??A breach of any undertakings given by the Rangers FC Group in the agreement will result in the debt acquired being automatically extinguished.â? This issue has apparently also been of concern to the vendor because Sir David Murray issued a public statement on February 14 which included the following comment, â??MIH wrote to Wavetower on 25 August 2011 seeking confirmation that its various obligations were being complied with. A confirmatory assurance was eventually obtained on January 3, 2012. Following recent speculation concerning the financing and security arrangements put in place by Wavetower, a request was issued seeking further clarity.â? As you know, the status of the Club at this time is precarious, but efforts involving investors and/or supporters are being developed to initiate and execute a recovery to self-standing sustainability. Wavetowerâ??s (Craig Whyteâ??s) leverage during this process is a function of his purported position as the primary secured creditor by dint of the £18 million loan which he claims he has provided to the Club on an unencumbered basis. If, however, this entitlement cannot be sustained based on any breach as referred to above thus precipitating the extinction of the loan in question, then the options for charting a course for reconstitution of Rangers Football Club will be much more readily identifiable. I, therefore, believe that it would serve the public interest for the Administrators to make a full declaration with respect to relevant compliance. Respectfully submitted, Alastair J. Johnston *(For further relevance, I believe I remain amongst the top ten shareholders in Rangers Football Club, owning 154,926 shares.) -

FSA Limitations Placed on Pritchard Stockbrokers
forlanssister replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Still think there's more to Pritchards than seems presently apparent. Even Merchant House Group are distancing themselves from Whyte, still no comment from them on the £1m that found its' way into Collyer Bristows client account though. They're incorrect in saying Whyte is a director of Pritchards, he's not he was the secretary. -
Of all Murray's acts of malfeasance against RFC, and they were many and varied, without doubt the greatest was accepting Whyte's 20 pieces of silver.

Craig Whyte sells/sold a piece of our history?
forlanssister replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
It's irrelevant because they could have sold them but didn't (just like any other asset really), Whyte however not only sold them but has diverted the monies to a company of which he was secretary and which has been banned from operating by the FSA. -

Allegedly used Pritchards to do it too, I'm sure the details of all related party transactions will be included in the relevant accounts though!... -
At last a bit of good news for Bears....

That's also how they received it to be fair, also it's not the only typo on the statement.
