FSA Limitations Placed on Pritchard Stockbrokers

MHG and it's subsidiaries are toxic, it's merely a matter of time before the Merchant House (of cards) Group comes crashing down. -
Why your consistently hostility to the messenger that's the attitude that's partly responsible for finding ourselves in the shit that we're in now.

Administrators talked with fans group(s) on Thursday.

Administrators have set a date of March 16th for interested parties to declare their interest and provide proof of funds (means Craigie boy is out if he can't show proof of funds). I know that statement doesn't tally up with what's happening and that concerns me

We'll soon see who has put there money where the mouth is, administrators set a date of March 16th for interested parties to put up or shut up.

With this sudden bout of moralistic posts am I alone in thinking it would be an act of great immorality if not in fact downright treachery to sell of the design and copyright of the RFC crest?

That there was a deal and Lawell did renege.

Basically Traynor says Lawell's a liar and he can prove it if need be.

Statement regarding Rangers Football Club Following a meeting yesterday with Rangers Football Clubâ??s (the â??Clubâ? or â??Rangersâ?) administrators Duff & Phelps, Ticketus would like to state its desire for a rapid and successful conclusion to the Clubâ??s administration process and confirm its willingness to enter into discussions with any serious potential bidders for the Club. We met with the administrators yesterday to make it clear that we intend to be part of a solution for the Club, and to ensure a fast and fair resolution is achieved for all parties. We outlined that this includes working with potential purchasers to help provide various financing solutions to the Club that would be attractive to new owners. Ticketus believes that the best outcome for Rangers, its fans, Ticketus and our investors is for the administration process to be concluded as soon as possible, with a purchaser found who is able to bring stability to the Club. Ticketus has an obligation to its investors to pursue all avenues to ensure that the ticket purchase agreement it entered into with the Club is honoured, and we are committed to going to the lengths necessary to ensure that the future of the Club is preserved and its agreement with Ticketus fulfilled. We believe that our investorsâ?? interests are aligned to those looking to safeguard the Clubâ??s future. We have already been in contact with a number of other key stakeholders, including potential bidders and fansâ?? representatives, and believe working collaboratively with all parties to create a solution for the Club that puts it on a secure financial footing must be everyoneâ??s priority. Ticketus looks forward to continuing to work with the administrators and serious potential bidders to secure a positive outcome for the Club.

Hearing 11 is very optimistic at best. -
Nope, not many Amish barns up this way, a few Kingdom Halls though.
-
Might come in handy if we decide to build a new stand though, should only take them a day!
-
I intend to write to him again and will include you suggestions among other things.

It seems the 'personalised letters' are receiving the same standard reply, which is a touch disappointing.

Dear Mr forlanssister Thank you for your recent communication regarding the Administration of Rangers Football Club. Firstly, I would like to assure you that Collyer Bristow views complaints of this nature extremely seriously. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to the specific points raised in your email because we are obligated to keep information relating to our clients and their transactions confidential. I can however confirm that Collyer Bristow has cooperated with the Administrators of Rangers Football Club (Duff and Phelps) throughout their investigation and we continue to do so. We are very aware that this is a difficult and distressing time for the supporters of Rangers Football Club and I would like to confirm that we are doing all we can to resolve the outstanding issues as quickly as possible. Yours sincerely, John Saner Senior Partner, Collyer Bristow ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I expect all those who sent the 'form letter' to receive the same standard response, those who 'personalised' their letter to receive a personalised response, please c&p in here if you received a different response. According to the failed social worker (I know, I know) Collyer Bristow have been assisting the Fraud Squad with their enquiries.

Yes it should be of concern to us all. King was well briefed on this particular issue.
-
Whyte's plan was as brutal as it was simplistic. 1-Rape as much cash out of RFC as possible. 2-Place a gun to our heads and say,"Give me the money or I kill your club". One day you will have to accept the facts.
-
I would assume that the club would be merely covering expenses of staging the game rather than make an actual profit, perhaps if there is a surplus after expenses are met it will find its' way to the two charities rather than the administrators (but maybe guilty of wishful thinking!).

Perhaps we'll be pleasantly surprised when all is revealed.
