Of course. You can buy BrewDog shares (unlisted on any market not even J.P. Jenkins!) over the counter in any of their pubs.

No you weren't as NOMAD's are only required for companies on the AIM market.
-
You're the one being obtuse bringing in the red herrings of a NOMAD and Public Issues when they are currently utterly a total irrelevance given our current situation.
-
A NOMAD isn't needed for anything other than a company listed on the AIM market last time I looked we weren't on AIM. There isn't going to be another Public issue of shares in RIFC plc it would be a pointless and futile exercise, a NOMAD is a total irrelevance to RIFC plc.
-
Neither a listing nor NOMAD are required for a rights issue.

NOMAD's are only required for companies on the AIM market, we are not on the AIM market we do not need a NOMAD, so find another stick with which to beat King.

Been a long, long time coming. Recently the lines in the car park were repainted but no disabled bays were painted in, this wasn't acceptable and we told them so, the Club to their credit held their hands up and admitted it was an error that no BS 8300 disabled bays had been created but they would rectify that as soon as practicable. They have done that and we thank them for doing so as this will make a massive difference to wheelchair users. Among the comments I've received over the last 2 days are, "fantastic", "brilliant", "amazing", "it's like Christmas". Something as simple as painting some lines on a car park will make a disproportionate difference to the match day experience for wheelchair users who use the Albion car park. We do need to come up with a way of ensuring these most welcome spaces are not abused and I'm confident between ourselves and the Club we should be able to do so.

No it isn't, they can be placed at the Boards discretion.

The sole point of my post was Tomkins publicly declaring his support of Rangers.

Nice touch of irony there with Paul MacKenzie being one of the erstwhile 'Blue Knights'.

Roddy Forsyth is usually more reliable than the rest of the pack...... Steven Gerrard will be the next Rangers manager... providing three issues are resolved Rangers wants Steven Gerrard to be their next manager CREDIT: GETTY IMAGES Roddy Forsyth, scottish football correspondent 28 APRIL 2018 • 11:27PM Steven Gerrard will be the next Rangers manager, providing three issues – so far unspecified – are resolved between the former England and Liverpool midfielder and the Ibrox board. The Sunday Telegraph can disclose, however, that spending on players is not one of the outstanding matters and that Gerrard has been assured that he can make a case-by-case argument for cash to be released for preferred transfer targets. The same arrangement permitted Mark Warburton to sign Joey Barton on exceptional terms and also for Pedro Caixinha, during his brief reign, to bring Carlos Pena and Bruno Alves to Ibrox for wages that were cited as necessary to add exceptional strength to the playing squad. Gary McAllister, the former Leeds United, Liverpool and Scotland midfielder – who managed Coventry City, Leeds and, in a caretaker capacity, Aston Villa – will move to Ibrox as Gerrard’s assistant if the remaining issues are settled. The agreement in principle with Gerrard is a further blow to Graeme Murty, now in his second spell as interim Rangers manager. On Sunday, Murty leads Rangers into the cauldron of an Old Firm derby at Parkhead, in which a Celtic win will assure the Scottish champions of a seventh successive Scottish title. Graeme Murty's days as Rangers boss look numbered CREDIT: GETTY IMAGES Murty, who had been told by the Rangers board that he would be in charge until the end of the season and would be considered for a longer-term appointment on merit, declared defiantly on Friday that if he saw the team to second place in the Scottish Premiership he would have fulfilled his job remit. Aberdeen’s home win against Hearts on Friday pushed Rangers into third place, a situation not likely to be altered on Sunday. Moreover, Rangers’ pursuit of Gerrard has effectively put Murty on notice ahead of a supercharged Old Firm derby, only two weeks after Celtic crushed their arch-foes in the William Hill Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden Park.

I don't disagree with the notion that the shares needed to change hands but it I don't believe the implications of the said purchase by Club 1872 were fully thought through. It's been apparent even since before the inception of Club 1872 that there would be a major dilution (personally I think it'll happen more than once), but I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know.
-
What they did take a pass on was any hope they'd ever get a seat on the Board as they gave away their leverage for a short term gain and long term pain.
-
You'll get little traction from Club 1872 on that score as unlike safe standing it simply isn't sexy enough for them.
-
I know this may sound perverse but the proposed parking restrictions would assist not hinder disabled parking issues around Ibrox as Blue Badges are valid in those event areas that require residents permits.

Alistair Johnston Statement Discussion: Murty to remain in place

Utterly pointless and quite baffling, a consequence of treating PR like an unwanted optional extra rather than an essential necessity. -

RANGERS will today sack Kenny Miller and suspend skipper Lee Wallace after a furious Hampden bust-up with gaffer Graeme Murty on Sunday. SunSport can reveal that Miller’s Ibrox career is OVER following a major changing-room rammy with the Gers boss after the 4-0 Old Firm defeat. WILLIE VASS 3 Kenny Miller will be sacked by Rangers today The 38-year-old former Scotland striker’s contract runs out at the end of the season but he’ll have his deal paid up in full and then be immediately shown the door. Captain Wallace, 30, also seems certain to have played his last game for the club. The experienced left-back has been out of the side with an injury since September and wasn’t stripped for the Scottish Cup semi-final clash. But he joined his team-mates after the final whistle and stands accused of showing Murty a lack of respect with an angry outburst. WILLIE VASS 3 Gers skipper Wallace will be suspended by the club Wallace still has another year remaining on his contract — and club chiefs are planning to suspend him pending an internal investigation into what happened. A high-ranking Gers source told SunSport: “The Ibrox hierarchy are raging with the behaviour of the club’s most senior player and club captain after Sunday’s defeat. “The powers-that-be believe the manager has been undermined and have decided to take action. “They don’t think what happened in the dressing room is acceptable.” BET £10 WITH SUN BETS AND GET A FREE £30 BET Suited Wallace is believed to have vented his anger towards Murty for the team’s poor performance against Celts. Then Miller — an unused sub in the game — had his say. The Gers boss refused to accept their criticism. In his after-match press conference the under-pressure boss admitted: “There was emotion, anger, disappointment — all the things you’d expect after a game like that.” Now though it’s emerged Murty has held talks with Gers directors and decided he wants Miller and Wallace OUT of his squad. KENNY RAMSAY - THE SUN GLASGOW 3 Experienced Gers duo had bust-up with Murty following Celtic hammering at Hampden Both have been model professionals throughout their careers but the club feel they must back their manager. It’s the first sign of a new hardline approach since chairman Dave King appointed Douglas Park as his right-hand man. But crucially it’s Murty who is believed to have demanded action be taken against the outspoken duo.
