  1. I just want this f*&king nightmare to end as soon as f*&king possible, every day we seem to move further from a resolution not nearer.
  2. If I shared your optimism I'd be inclined to say f*&k it just go for it but the reality is with the various costs and associated appeals etc we have neither the money nor the time to pursue that avenue. Of course any option at all is preferable to liquidation that goes without saying (though a minority seem to think it's a great idea), it'll take a pretty delicate balancing act for us to extradite ourselves out of our present predicament.
  3. It could years for any dispute to be settled legally, the administrators would run out of money sooner rather than later, even playing and paying the U19's we'd struggle to make ends meet for other than a matter of months. Time is the biggest enemy we have right now, it is not on our side.
  4. I don't think we can say one way or the other till we see the nuts and bolts of any agreement re Blue knights and Ticketus (my main concern is the cost of any deal, I fear the price of agreement may be too high). Ticketus basically have 3 choices to make now, the CVA, liquidation or hope that they can extract more from the Blue Knights than the other two options would allow for (of course it's not beyond the realms of possibility that they can come to an agreement with Brian Kennedy or Club9). I assume removing Ticketus from the CVA would leave the Blue Knights in pole due to any potential CVA pot stretching further with their absence from it. I think the administrators next move will be interesting and should give us a clue as to the state of play. Also I think the administrators will have to show their hand shortly regarding their plan to separate Whyte from his shareholding, will be interesting to see how they plan to achieve that, time for them to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk.
  5. Alas no, just an insomniac with too much time on his hands....
  6. And Ticketus have the right to challenge the decision of the administrators via the courts which of course will take time the one commodity that is even scarcer than money round Ibrox way. I'm not convinced that we would not be able to have the Ticketus deal rendered void but we'd be liquidated by the time it would take to get a definitive decision after both parties have exhausted all the legal avenues open to them. Sometimes the best medicine leaves the sourest taste in the mouth.
  7. Apparently his previous pad in Monaco was a one bedroomed flat in a mixed residential/commercial block which backed on to a motorway, though his present address in Monaco is said to be rather more salubrious. Owns/owned/had beneficial use of ? a nice pad at 69 Chemin des Canebiers 06130 Grasse (former bolt hole of the Haitian dictator Baby Doc!) run a property company (named after the property I assume) from there which ended up (surprise, surprise) liquidated. http://dirigeant.societe.com/dirigeant/Craig.WHYTE.02247622.html http://www.societe.com/societe/la-tourilliere-418492062.html http://www.infogreffe.fr/infogreffe/entrepRech.do
  8. Of course it is, the Monaco stuff is not all it seems either more of a crash pad scenario there with an actual house is Grasse a few kilometres up the road roughly 20 kilometres from some nice vineyards apparently!
  9. Castle was purchased for £720k with a mortgage provided by the Bank of Scotland.
  10. I imagine they will be bigger creditors than Ticketus anyone with at least 25% of the votes can scupper a CVA. If Ticketus accept a CVA then yes their claim will have been "settled".
  11. Ticketus now know that they could end up as an ordinary creditor and may have to take their chances with everybody else in the CVA pot. It remains to be seen what the terms of any deal with Ticketus and the Blue Knights actually are, I expect (or perhaps just hope) that whilst any agreement may see them better off than through a CVA they cannot expect as full a return as their contract allows for. An interesting game of poker beckons. I don't think I can back any deal re Ticketus and Blue Knights if Ticketus don't take a hit of some sort.
  12. Apparently taking legal advice and won't make a statement until he's considered that advice.
  13. Kennedy's PR spin has been very, very impressive from day one, completely different tact from the bullshit Whyte's camp spouted and way ahead of the Blue Knights to date anyway.
  14. Hypothetically speaking if Mrs Whyte had any wit she'd phone up the Insolvency Service and tell them that although she was named as a director of Tixway UK Limited at no time did she carry out any directorial duties and in fact she left that duties for her husband to do.........
  15. That's from the original post, it's pretty clear from that that Stockport County no longer own Edgeley Park. Google, "Who owns Edgeley Park" then read the results.
  16. I once pm'ed Willie Vass on here only to find out he's a 'bot'.....
  17. You're barking up the wrong tree there, the ground is no longer owned by Stockport County they're merely tenants the ground is owned by Cheshire Sport a.k.a. Brian Kennedy, Stockport County pay Brian Kennedy for the privilege of playing in (what used to and still should be) their own ground. You really would be happy to see the same arrangement with RFC and Ibrox?
  18. Oh I'm just looking to see if anyone can allay one of my fears
  19. But what if they departed with the deeds of Ibrox in their pockets and charging us rent for the privilege of playing there?
  20. Wonder if Mr Brian Kennedy has had fruitful discussions with Mr Donald Muir?.....
  21. It's the "moral turpitude" one I like, who but a Saint can answer no?....
  22. Indeed, I'd forgotten that Whyte managed to f*&k up King's sacking.
  23. Doubt Adam would be deemed fit enough to take the stand didn't look at all healthy in that clip.
  24. Craig Whyte and Andrew Ellis were the sum total of the RFC plc board when we entered administration.
