  1. Let me guess it's all a figment of an anti Rangers press and now the Financial Times are in on it too?
  2. Another interesting development in the weird and (not so) wonderful world of Whyte's business 'empire'.
  3. Perhaps it suits both parties.
  4. They know there can be no return to the days of spend, spend, spend.
  5. A claim against Collyer Bristow for monies due to RFC plc plus a sum of damages.
  6. I don't think them raising money is a problem at all. From FF's favourite new poster Dave Swanton, Brian Kennedy's PR guy.
  7. I wonder how many goals the administrators will score for us before the end of the season.
  8. I don't know, I'm just being wary of what Alex Thomson has found (though his first report was insipid to say the least). http://www.channel4.com/news/we-run-football-were-not-the-police-sfa-boss
  9. BBC saying now that he's backing the Blue Knights (don't think they mean financially).
  10. Indeed! I only hope that he has done this for the reasons stated in the statement and not because of something else that will soon become public.
  11. Had heard his bid was well constructed but had the lowest value. Perhaps he'll throw his hat in with the Blue Knights.
  12. Pleased to see Kennedy wants to go down the CVA route.
  13. So much for him being a Rangers man. Half inched from the poster Sc00by at FF.
  14. I find myself not too fussed about this as I understand the administrators had already agreed to pay the monies due to DAFC ergo to me it's a neutral transaction from which we're trying to garnish some good PR (there's a novelty!). As much as I like the two fingered salute to Stephen Thompson I feel DU will be the beneficiaries of RFC monies sooner rather than later whether we like it or not.
  15. We must be getting ripped off because according to the administrators own website (no guesswork!) they only charge £634 per hour (+ expenses) ! http://ripassetseu.s3.amazonaws.com/www.mcr.uk.com/_files/documents/jan_12/1_ADM_05013_-_Creditors_guide_to_administrators_fees.pdf
  16. Does that apply to all those who aren't members of the Head In The sand Loyal ?
  17. Not quite what you would expect!
  18. It is indeed quite interesting especially the bit re the ground, I've been searching for and can find no record of either Brian Kennedy or one of his companies actually purchasing Edgeley Park, it appears he just separated it from Stockport County (although there had probably been a cancellation of some monies owed).
  19. Surely it would be the choice of the successful buyer whether they think liquidation or CVA?
  20. A statement from his personal spin doctor that tells us absolutely nothing about his plans for RFC if he becomes new owner. I'd like to know if he intends to exit administration via liquidation or a CVA, and if he intends to run us in the same business model as he runs Sale Sharks i.e. the "Sugar Daddy" method.
  21. I think it boils down to what is a "season ticket" it appears to me that for the purposes of the Ticketus agreement a "season ticket" is not actually a "season ticket" in the way that we normally assume but rather a fixed amount of revenue from a fixed amount of seats and that Ticketus have the right to claim the first X amount of revenue from the first X amount of seats.
  22. I just want this f*&king nightmare to end as soon as f*&king possible, every day we seem to move further from a resolution not nearer.
  23. If I shared your optimism I'd be inclined to say f*&k it just go for it but the reality is with the various costs and associated appeals etc we have neither the money nor the time to pursue that avenue. Of course any option at all is preferable to liquidation that goes without saying (though a minority seem to think it's a great idea), it'll take a pretty delicate balancing act for us to extradite ourselves out of our present predicament.
  24. It could years for any dispute to be settled legally, the administrators would run out of money sooner rather than later, even playing and paying the U19's we'd struggle to make ends meet for other than a matter of months. Time is the biggest enemy we have right now, it is not on our side.
