  1. You're just trying to make me jealous Alas it's f*&King working!!!
  2. It was only posted to provide proof of the original creation date, in fact that particular MG05 was the one that was subsequently stricken from the record anyway.
  3. Who are the others Satty Singh perchance ? As far as I'm aware (but stand to be corrected) KPMG were advising Brian Kennedy.
  4. Nobody but nobody would ever admit to Donald Muir being involved until it is a fait acompli.
  5. Once again I suggest you actually read through the thread from the beginning and see who starts abusing who.
  6. .......
  7. The floating charge has been in place since 1999 it has absolutely f*&k all to do with either the BK's, Bill Ng or Bill Miller none of them have any responsibility for it as things stand.
  8. What's unclear?
  9. PWC I would imagine iirc they are LBGs' accountants.
  10. Why? they never created the charge 23 years ago.
  11. In the same way as LBG recruited Donald Muir to deliver their objectives? That worked a treat. So we're supposed to accept that a firm of accountants has scoured the country to find top quality Rangers supporting businessmen to sit on the board and run the club but we're not to be told who in fact they are ?
  12. Sorry not following your line of thinking here can you simplify please?
  13. It gives security over the whole assets of the company, there has one been in place continuously since 1999.
  14. It covers whole assets of the company.
  15. There's been a floating charge in place since 1999. Whoever the successful bidder is will need banking facilities, these facilities will almost certainly include an overdraft facility do you for one minute think that the bank providing the facility will not require any security for doing so, that security will in all probability comprise assets of RFC. Do a Companies House search and I doubt you'll find one SPL club that a bank doesn't hold some sort of security over it's assets.
  16. Pray tell which of the three bidders are ?
  17. You should read through your own posts in this thread before posting crap like that. I posted information which you disputed simply because I refused to name a "source" (God I hate that word) to you, the fact that information has subsequently been proven to be 100% accurate is somehow lost on you eh?
  18. Yes info on all bids is way too thin for us to make an informed definitive opinion, but even then we matter not one jot for the gift won't be in our hands. Bit concerning the consortium members won't show their faces (sauce for the goose and that!) Has Bill Ng now or in the past ever met or ever done business with David Murray
  19. Club9 only took a step back into the shadows because they saw how toxic they had become, you do understand that don't you? Club9 were approached by someone looking to put together a deal for RFC but that someone has no funds of their own , you do understand that don't you? Seriously what part of that statement is beyond your comprehension?
  20. What are the nuts and bolts of the bid though, seriously what does it entail? Who are the other members of the consortium, who's investing what? What is Bill Ngs' record in running a football club, what's his track record at the one he already owns?
  21. Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group etc.etc. there's nothing new at all in our assets being used as security as Duff & Phelps report the other day demonstrated only too well. My preference would be for something akin to the Chelsea Pitch Owners set up so our present nightmare can never be revisited. Let's not lose the fact here though, that there has been a floating charge since 1999 when it was drawn up by one David Henry Grier of Craig Whyte and Duff & Phelps fame.
  22. OTT? I found the whole ECWC thing downright patronising to be honest, it's exactly the kind of thing we've been ripping the piss out of the Tims for.
  23. What you mean the same way the assets have been used as security since the floating charge was created in 1999?
  24. Me and the blind man with one eye say you're reading it wrong.
