  1. I'm led to believe they can go down that route but the result would have to be a mammoth amount of new shares issued in order to render Whytes' shareholding impotent but alas that would also have the same effect upon the other 26,000 shareholders, also it could be subject to legal challenge.
  2. Almost but not quite, CVA can be a smart bomb while liquidation is strictly of the nuclear variety.
  3. Don't they have the power to issue new shares?
  4. His demands aren't just financial. The bigger question is just what the f*&k are Duff & Phelps playing at? that's now all 4 bidders who have raised doubts about them. How can they claim for Whyte to be either "absolutely irrelevant" and "not an impediment" when they cannot deliver his shareholding, they know everything that has gone on since October 2010 when they started working with Whyte on the "Rangers project" they devised and were handsomely rewarded for the business plan that has got us to where we're at.
  5. You have to remember those dealing with Whyte are not dealing with a rational human being they're dealing with a sociopath. http://www.mcafee.cc/Bin/sb.html
  6. Only as long as he draws breath though!
  7. Yes that's correct.
  8. If they're not amenable to a CVA then they can petition for a winding up order (liquidation).
  9. Yes it's even worse than initially reported.
  10. Not if the creditors don't agree to it though eh? You seriously think the creditors will allow gratuitous alienation to take place without challenging it?
  11. Oh dear,dear,dear.
  12. Don't you consider the players who hold contracts with Rangers plc (and nobody else!) to be assets?
  13. I know that I'm just trying to ensure nobody gets fooled into believing that Miller can !
  14. I'm not claiming they can though am I?
  15. That's irrelevant and you know it to be irrelevant, so let's make this one a simple yes or no, Bill Miller cannot guarantee that any creditor could not force Rangers plc into liquidation can he?
  16. But he cannot guarantee that the creditors won't liquidate though can he?
  17. Well go back to Manor Farm
  18. Taken from FF, as much as the thought of liquidation makes me physically sick if the following is true then it may not be as bad as this....
  19. The odds on option 1 should be very, very short. I'd hazard a guess each and every bear is going to feel absolutely disgusted and deeply enraged in the very near future.
  20. F*&king Whyte !
  21. Nobody it seems can deliver Whytes' shareholding not Ticketus not Duff & Phelps, why would anybody pay over any monies whatsoever in a scenario that benefits only Craig Whyte?
  22. "I am Cumbernauld Gers".
  23. People also need to remember that MCR/Duff&Phelps have been working on the "Rangers project" with Whyte since October 2010 and it has proven to be a very rewarding enterprise indeed.
