From day one Duff & Phelps were on about non-liquidation liquidation (which is what exactly point 3 in Whytes' email to Grier is) ergo they were talking about that scenario pre administration, it's pretty clear it emanated from this side of the Atlantic, Bill Miller did not bring to the table as it was already there.

One thing the emails do prove (the first one from Whyte to Grier) is that Bill Millers "incubator" scenario was not thought up by Miller at all but by Whyte (point 3 in the first email), so either Whyte or Duff & Phelps pushed the notion to Miller/Club9.

I've not seen any evidence that suggests as much (others may have?). Green can bury any suggestion of that by naming his 20 member consortium.

Funny things seem to happen when the professional classes come into contact with Craig Whyte as demonstrated by Kenneth McLeod (banned from practising), Kevin Sykes (jailed and struck off) and Gary Withey (partnership gone and career in doubt), bizarre, perhaps Whyte has a talent for finding people like that.

Makes you wonder why Green is courting them so assiduously eh? On a slightly different note I see Green intends putting "wealthy fund manager" and "Rangers fan" Stephen Adams on the board, how will he be able to manage his clients funds and give RFC the time it deserves? Will it require another missive or will it just be a c&p job with John Bennett being replaced by Stephen Adams and Hendersons being replaces by Kames Capital?

I honestly don't expect them to be removed as it would probably be a case of the cure being more lethal than the disease type scenario, however I'd have no problem with the f*&kers not getting paid! would have the added bonus of making a CVA more attractive to the creditors!
