  1. Then that begs the question, what's the purpose of their action against King other than vindictiveness and spite?
  2. I think it was because of a condition in his original share purchase agreement that entitled him to a seat on the board, Whyte tried to sack him but made an arse of it. Weird why Duff & Phelps have taken no action to remove Whyte from the board eh?
  3. This quite clearly implies that Craig Whyte will be involved with Green post CVA should it be successful, have either Green or Duff & Phelps specifically denied that implication, it appears Dave King has asked that very question of Duff & Phelps but for some reason they have declined to answer.....
  4. @BBCAlLamont: Right, plenty to follow from Charles Green but first …the admins are moving to terminate Dave King’s directorship of Rangers
  5. If they granted a dispensation for a £1 purchase I doubt there would be a problem with a £2 purchase.
  6. That's incorrect as there is absolutely nothing whatsoever to stop him doing exactly the same thing Craig Whyte did simply obtain an exemption/comfort from the takeover panel which is neither time consuming nor expensive, plus as things stand he doesn't even own a single share.
  7. Can the administrators legally increase the debt burden already carried by the club?
  8. The company has a market cap of £1.44m, if they lose their claim to the monies that was found in the Collyer Bristow account then they face a £2.9 shortfall to the pension fund to make up I doubt that's achievable. So some innocent pensioners will become victims of Whyte the sociopath.
  9. Alas doesn't leave us any the wiser though....
  10. I said it was going to be a day of statements!......
  11. That's what I thought, so none of the info King needed to produce his statement need have came from last nights RFFF Green meeting as it was all already in the public domain?
  12. The OP implies someone who was at the RFFF Green meeting last night leaked information straight to Dave King hence Kings statement today, the OP says he could bet his mortgage on who it was.....but now it's all gone quiet.....that's my interpretation on the thread anyway.
  13. The one that's in the public domain?
  14. What part of Dave Kings statement specifically relates to last nights meeting?
  15. Definitely something there that needs clarified.
  16. It's already in your original thread.
  17. Think it's standard practice that the Liquidators are separate from the Administrators iirc (sure one of the many accountants on here will clarify one way or the other).
  18. An intriguing scenario which I hope we don't face, if that did materialise I imagine it would end up in the courts for their Lordships to decide.
  19. Could be a day full of statements!
  20. 26,000 came through the turnstiles to see the Dundee Utd game at a time when we were at deaths door that will become the norm rather than the exception. We couldn't even approach to selling out Ibrox for the last few games of the season in our hour of greatest need.
  21. Trophies attract the crowds and ergo the cash, as sentimentally attractive as a home grown young squad plying their trade in the SPL appears the novelty will soon wear off when reality bites. As important as tackling the structural deficit is perhaps more important is how it is achieved,(however if the CVA in fact fails then a newco won't have the problem of dealing with a structural deficit).
  22. You may be prepared to tolerate that but I personally do not know one single bear who would, how far do you think our crowds and our income will fall if that were too happen, we'd fall into a death spiral and find ourselves back staring at the abyss long before it gets to ten in a row for the scum.
  23. Don't know if it's a matter for the courts or not, the CVA proposal includes football debtors monies what if one of those debtors decided to do a Craig Whyte when it comes to paying up? FWIW I think Green has the cash to complete the CVA though I'm not convinced he has the funds in place for after that.
