  1. My point is he seems to be having some rather unfortunate luck in his business dealings.
  2. Taking a company to a float with a market cap of £236m to bust in 18 months is a fair achievement I'll grant you that. What was the Formation Group Plc latest profit?, £11,928,000 does at first glance look impressive, that's till you realise it's a negative figure. Not having much luck of late it appears....
  3. How did his Panceltica project pan out?
  4. More important than Green is who he's fronting for.
  5. My humble apologies it was 54andcounting but in my defence I've always thought you're one and the same....
  6. Says somebody who insists there's an "e" in Copland Road.
  7. Just goes to show how successful it was ! http://www.google.co.uk/search?rlz=1C1SVED_enGB393GB393&sugexp=chrome,mod=0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=Glasgow+Rangers+Shenzhen+Jianlibao
  8. Just because you're not pro something it doesn't equate that you're anti the same thing.
  9. Where's the money coming from for an SPL club chasing rainbows round the world? How much have the scum made from their Japanese, Chinese and Korean adventures? How much did we make from our Chinese and Australian tie-ups?
  10. Ah the three who went against the grain re Whyte?
  11. At least Lamont is most definitely not one of the Pacific Quay CSC ! Absolutely I do.
  12. I imagine he means there's no point chasing rainbows as there's no pot of gold at the end of them.

  14. Not 100% certain this answers the questions you pose but depending on how it's interpreted it may, interesting question nonetheless. That's from Richard Wilsons article last weekend......http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/football/show-us-the-money.17769614
  15. Duff & Phelps have already agreed that BDO will be liquidators and not Duff & Phelps, it states so in the results of the Creditors' Meeting. Maybe they don't share the irony in your last sentence...
  16. Well we may know some of the answers by next Thursday evening, absolutely nothing has been straight forward since Whyte took over so I don't expect next week to be anything other than a giant clusterf*&k.
  17. I imagine when it comes time to cast the votes he'll vote for whatever his bank manager tells him.
  18. Even if the CVA is approved on Thursday there is still the 28 day cooling off period during which HMRC could approach the courts to install a liquidator, besides if the CVA is rejected do you honestly think HMRC is going to allow an asset sale which results them receiving sweet f*&k all?
  19. There's absolutely no doubt we're not being told the truth, we're sitting back watching a game being played yet we don't even know what game's being played let alone the players.....
  20. I simply cannot see HMRC sitting back and let an asset sale for £5.5m go through leaving the creditors without a single penny, I imagine if they intend to vote against a CVA they will be in court immediately seeking the installation of BDO as liquidators.
  21. I think HMRC appointing BDO as their choice of liquidator shows just exactly HMRC think of the possibility of a "newco" scenario.
  22. He'll be assuming that the high earners exercise their rights to a free transfer and that any replacements will be free and on vastly inferior wages.
  23. Click link for video. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18373399?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
  24. Green says plenty but consistency doesn't seem to be his forte!
  25. He's still officially Chairman (even if merely technically) is he not?
