  1. You are a f*&king idiot if you think any Rangers fan is enjoying todays news, I doubt anybody wanted a CVA any more than I did but hey don't let the facts get in the way eh?
  2. Of course I do, I'm a pragmatist not a fantasist, I cannot see how a liquidation would offer HMRC any less than Greens newco offer.
  3. Richard Wilsons' latest offering.....
  4. Can't really blame them for taking that stance, if the roles were reversed I'd expect us to do the same.
  5. There's too much focus on Green and not enough on who's pulling his strings. Green by his own admission is a mere salesman who will be out the door at the first opportunity, but what will he leave behind? All this this talk of £20m here £30m there, 19 players on a list 5 of them at the Euros just goes to show that they still think Rangers fans have handles on their heads, it's all too reminiscent of last years £25m transfer warchest, front ended, yada yada yada....
  6. If that was indeed the case then there would be no need to have that caveat included in the CVA proposal, it wasn't inserted for fun it was inserted for a reason.
  7. From the CVA proposal. It's pretty clear and self-explanatory. The CVA proposal clearly states where the money will go and what can be done with the money, are you claiming the CVA proposal is false?
  8. Fair enough, but the means exists in the CVA proposal for season ticket monies to be used to meet trading costs despite what Green says.
  9. We don't even have a CVA yet so how can we meet the trading costs of one. You can't place season ticket money into an account till you actually collect season ticket money though, but when it is collected it can be used to meet the trading costs despite what Green said in any interview.
  10. Correct, they can think what they like just as they can do as they like.
  11. Contradicting your own CVA proposal does seem somewhat odd.
  12. If you were a major creditor reading all these claims of monies ready for investment what would you think of accepting a CVA pot of less than £5m?
  13. That would be the theory but the reality may well be different.
  14. This seems to contradict any claims of an "escrow", no? http://www.rangers.co.uk/staticFiles/c9/b3/0,,5~177097,00.pdf
  15. They may be of the opinion that liquidation offers them the best return.
  16. Got sent this, being appointed by the Bank of England in the first case relating to a new law shows a certain gravitas and degree of respect of competence. http://www.bdo.uk.com/find-a-partner/malcolm-cohen http://www.r3.org.uk/index.cfm?page=1259 http://www.accountancyage.com/aa/news/2079611/bdo-liquidators-called-mortgage-company The latter page now has a link to a story on us click it and it takes you to a few more stories about us, no earth shattering revelations but interesting nonetheless.
  17. If you actually read the posts you'd see that I hope I'm wrong....
  18. I don't think the CVA will succeed and I think the "newco" for £5.5m will be an absolute no-go as far as HMRC are concerned.
  19. Not sucking Greens cock doesn't equate to 'kicking' him in the ass. I'll say it again in case you didn't quite catch it last time round the Blue Knights were my second preference out of the four Frankie posted, I'd still prefer my first choice to win control. For what it's worth (unless something comes way out of left field) I see Green/Sevco CVA failing, I see HMRC stopping any "newco" dead in it's tracks by appointing their own liquidators who I'm led to believe are the real McCoy and held in high regard by their contemporaries but hey if Green does indeed pull off a CVA, reveal his consortium members and prove that Whyte is absolutely in no was shape or form involved in any capacity whatsoever then I'll happily doff my cap to Mr Green, that said I think one almighty clusterf*&k is the more likely outcome.
  20. I'm not aware of that being a crime but pray tell if it is. Green by his own admission is nothing but a front man but for some reason or other is reluctant to say who he's fronting for, I see that in itself as reason enough to be sceptical.
  21. Hindsight for you maybe but not for everybody though eh? I remain to be convinced that Green is the right man.
  22. Indeed, I did and still do, and it's not that hard to find out about Panceltica. Thing is out of the four options put forward by Frankie a few weeks back my first choice was the fourth option which strangely enough was not the Blue Knights, they were my second preference,Bill Ng third with Green making up the rear which I offer no apologies for. My preference has always been since day one for whoever can deliver a CVA, I have seen nothing in the Green/Sevco proposal that indicates that a CVA will be achieved, though I'll be absolutely f*&king delighted if it does indeed deliver! Being dubious or negative doesn't necessarily mean being wrong though does it? You seem to be implying that Green is above criticism are you seriously saying Rangers fans have no right to criticise those who (would like to) run the club? were Murray and Whyte too above suspicion and criticism?
  23. ....that's not exactly what we need right now is it?
