We are facing liquidation irrespective of the big tax case.

As far as I'm aware it needed a successful CVA for the deal to be implemented so the deal will be off, the shares have zero value and zero significance but what happens with the floating charge is another matter one school of thought says that's worthless another school of thought differs.

They may have wanted a newco I'm not convinced they wanted a straight liquidation carried out by someone other than themselves.

That's just nonsense. Anybody else would have tried to run us as a football club something Craig Whyte never even attempted to do. There would have been no Ticketus deal without Craig Whyte our PAYE and NIC's would have been paid by anybody else but Craig Whyte.
