  1. This was originally posted on FF and picked up by STV. Perhaps some of the accountants on here could explain whether this particular scenario is possible or not.
  2. Ah, a nice moment of levity ...
  3. My interpretation is it's in preparation for admin part 2, but Bluedell is far,far more qualified to answer the question than I am, so if he contradicts my answer go with his! Oops just seen Craig's answer go with it!
  4. John Bennett was willing to put his money where his mouth is though eh? It does seem to have a Heath Robinson look about it.

  18. Me neither....
  19. Greed, the law and the clowns who handed them the keys to do it.
  20. No not at all once the clause was in that was it, stunning piece of work from Duff & Phelps eh?
  21. The clauses they had inserted in their contracts regarding a fixed fee sale are rock solid even paying them the unpaid portion of their wages couldn't alter that, Green could never have got a penny more than their clauses stated even if they had decided to transfer over.
  22. On Planet Whyte apparently!
  23. I suppose you could say it has helped him reduce the structural deficit and ergo monthly outgoings, I suppose he viewed the potential transfer fees as a means of a few months working capital.
  24. Dear Player, I'm Charles Green I now own you, report for training next Thursday so I can sell you and make some money for my 20 investors. Charles Green CEO Sevo 5088
