  1. One of our RSC guys has written confirmation from the Ticket Office that his two direct debits were cancelled yet when he checked his bank account this morning they had been reactivated.
  2. Absolutely 100% true. That too is my understanding of it. I also find it strange they are transferring all the debits to the newco without the specific written authorisation of the account holder.
  3. I was quite impressed with some of the Rangers Unite stuff but once again not revealing any information on those involved means I cannot commit or back them.
  4. They have been reactivating cancelled direct debits without authorisation.
  5. Little for one is out of contract.
  6. Half inched from the RTC site....
  7. No reason to believe everything that comes out of the mouth of Green and co either. Trust is a commodity that needs to be earned so far I've yet to see evidence of that having occurred.
  8. The registered title of the relevant property. In Scotland all heritable property has a title deed i.e legal papers stating who owns what.
  9. Some may say someone who blames everything on the media is the paranoid one.
  10. Being a wanker doesn't make him wrong though!
  11. Seems to get a hold of Whyte easier than most!
  12. alex thomson ‏@alextomo My source: "Definite asset sale. Very confident. Sevco Scot bt Ibrox for £500k and have a deal agreed in principle to sell for about £8m" alex thomson ‏@alextomo @StevenOliver74 I'm told it's Ibrox, carpark and M Park. alex thomson ‏@alextomo @marker020 I do believe Mr Green has real financing issues which are becoming pressing.
  13. Perhaps we're watching Whyte's famous "switcheroo" take place before our very eyes.
  14. Actually bizarre as it seems that statement is true because it was a sale of future tickets not a loan per se.
  15. Duff & Phelps only had a "binding agreement" with Sevco 5088 Ltd if they did not purchase the assets from the administrators and Sevco Scotland did then is the sale legal and did Duff & Phelps deliberately mislead the creditors? I fail to see the necessity of switching the assets from Sevco 5088 to Sevco Scotland.
  16. The agreement for the asset purchase was with Sevco 5088 and only with Sevco 5088.
  17. From the CVA proposal document: That specifically applies to Sevco 5088 Limited Could one of the accountants explain the need for the transfer to Sevco Scotland from Sevco 5088 and what purpose it serves?
  18. Pardon me for quoting my own post it's not vanity honest, but what odds that it's the Formation Group that's hiding behind the Manchester based Zeus Capital, and what odds that they were initially approached by the Manchester based Duff & Phelps (MCR as was)?
  19. He resigned as a director of the Formation Group on 22 February. What business are the Manchester based Formation Group in again, ah that's right they're property developers.
  20. What Paul Clark said in March. Now we see why Duff & Phelps never took any action at all to challenge the floating charge.
  21. It is, but the claim for the full amount was a technical measure by HMRC.
  22. It should have been a vehicle for fan ownership but instead it just turned into a vehicle of political infighting between office bearers both past and present. All the "he said, she said" and "he did, she did" was/is frankly pathetic. If they can't run a trust without that nonsense just how the f*&k can they expect to run a football club?
  23. Liam McLeod ‏@BBCLiamMcLeod Businessman Steven McKenna says he had an £8.7M bid to buy #Rangers from Charles Green rejected on Monday
  24. Ah the same Sandy Jardine who couldn't even organise a wreath from the club for the funeral of Gerry Neef let alone a representative of the club to attend, who despite numerous requests from the Mayor of Nuremberg's office for assistance with a tv programme about Gerry didn't even return a call.
