  1. Ah sarcasm at it's finest.....
  2. Would he recognise any of our enemies though?
  3. One of the most painful side-effects of the catastrophic tenure of Craig Whyte is the way the club has been left absolutely rudderless with no one with any notion of what and who we are being able to stand up for the club leaving us to take a kicking left, right and centre basically letting every myth, lie and half truth go unchallenged. It absolutely leaves me sick to the pit of my stomach.
  4. Ooooooohhh there's a loaded question......
  5. Depends how many had written to cancel, I imagine it would be hundreds as opposed to thousands.
  6. No sorry should have worded it better by C) I mean that a fresh mandate in not required in either scenario A) or B), and that the original mandate would be valid.
  7. From the Sun:
  8. Could you find out if a fresh mandate would be required by A)anybody on the list with an already active DD B)by anybody who had cancelled their DD in writing and received written confirmation from RFC or C) neither. Had a look on the DD smartwaytopay website but it isn't much help.
  9. RFC passed over the entire tranche of data of the circa 18,000 who were on the DD list irrespective if they had cancelled on not. I'm not aware of anybody having signed a mandate authorising Sevco Scotland Ltd to withdraw funds via Direct Debit, the trading as Rangers Football Club is a red herring, surely if money were debited by Fastpay on behalf of Sevco Scotland then that would have required a fresh mandate. Whether it is deliberate or not the actions are incredibly sloppy and not at all professional. I expect the papers to run with this in the morning.
  10. Ticket Office email. The recipient already had written confirmation from RFC confirming his DD had been cancelled.
  11. Don't think he paid any at all from day one, he was goading the taxman so he could engineer a pre-pack.
  12. In fairness he's not got much opposition....
  13. Would prefer to see some proactive as opposed to reactive statements.
  14. You're not following things it's the SPL they want to strip our titles from us, nothing whatsoever to do with HMRC.
  15. The mhanky campaign for this too happen has being going on for months and has nowhere near peaked yet, why do you think the SPL employed Celtic's lawyers to investigate the EBT?dual contract claims?
  16. Everybody knows that already, if you want the pro RST view go to FF if you want the anti RST view go to RM, I came here because I've had my fill of that nonsense.
  17. You can play that game all day long RM says this FF says that, it brings nothing to the debate over here.
  18. Well vent your anger over there and stop clogging threads over here with your moans about over there.
  19. The only option is for an individual to go forward with a test case and if that succeeds other claims would then be settled. It would be preferable if class actions could be raised in Scotland and perhaps one day they will.
  20. No such thing as class action in Scots Law.
  21. Probably the only time I've enjoyed what that c*&t has written.
  22. But it's a better class of insult on here....
  23. I seen to recall some rather interesting remarks directed upon myself at both RM and FF when I was pointing out Whyte was a c*&t last year and even early this year. Both boards can be extremely ignorant and infantile at times.
  24. Yes he requested it and received written confirmation that it had been done. He's contacted his bank who put him through to their fraud department who advised him to contact the police, he intends to do so.
