  1. A brief moment of levity in a day so short of that commodity....
  2. Now he'll pick up all the red and yellow cards that have passed him by the last few seasons.
  3. I think the likes of HMRC and Ticketus would immediately head to the courts don't think the courts would allow you to pick being a bit of newco and a bit of oldco to suit yourself.
  4. Dundee's second CVA was 6p in the £.
  5. Dundee only achieved their second CVA by including the rent they were due to pay for renting Dens Park, 32 years worth!
  6. I can just see the other ordinary creditors stand by and whistle Dixie while that happens.... Wonder what the football creditors of Motherwell, Dundee x2 and Livingston x2 received? I happen to think that morally we should meet out football debts but for the life of me I cannot see how it is legally possible save perhaps by withholding prize monies which requires quite a few parties to acquiesce.
  7. Only sections 11 and 12 cause alarm, is there a legal method of complying with section 11 ? As for section 12: "Fathers shall not be put to death for their sons, nor shall sons be put to death for their fathers; everyone shall be put to death for his own sin."
  8. He likes to create mischief but that in itself doesn't make him wrong.
  9. Giovanni Di Stefano 's letter to SFA
  10. How about the SFA and the SPL apologising to us for running such inept regimes that permit "a nutter" to own and rape a football club, their systems decreed Craig Whyte to be "fit and proper".
  11. It's total denial to deny that Motherwell,Dundee x2,Livingston x2 and Gretna didn't have to apologise.
  12. And if every other football club had adopted a suitable business plan instead of leeching off of us?
  13. So we're apologising because we're the worlds most successful club? or for the fact that the rest of Scottish football use a flawed business model?
  14. Point me in the direction of the apologies issued by Motherwell,Dundee,Gretna and Livingston for the taxes and debts they didn't pay.
  15. If Green puts his signature on a document that removes our inalienable right to seek legal recourse if it's found we have a case to pursue then it will be him. It's been common enough knowledge for weeks that in all probability he would accept the SFA sanction of a transfer embargo, a great f*&k you to the RFFF and all those who bought the badges, the rosettes, the raffles, the auctions and those who filled up the donation buckets and held and attended the numerous fund raisers, no?
  16. Simple really if the ongoing enquiries find out we were simply the victims of a fraud yet punished by the governing bodies as if we were the perpetrators then we would have legal recourse, Charles Green's travelled down quite a few roads the majority of them with dead ends. We're supposed to have full corporate banking facilities yet the ticket Office cannot process payments via Credit Cards or Direct Debits.
  17. Indeed it is, I suppose the fact that's Black Jack's/Media Houses organ of preference is irrelevant ?
  18. It reads like the interests of Charles Green & Co may not be mutually compatible with the long term interests of RFC.
  19. From The Sun, black Jacks' organ off choice....
  20. Hence why we cannot afford to sign away our right to take legal action.
  21. Were Sevco Scotland a party to the court action?
  22. He may well accept the transfer embargo if it runs from 1/9/2012 till 1/9/2013 a solution that gets the SFA out of their self dug hole.
