  1. Vinny ‏@DarcheVinny Ok, we have notes to go through back at the pub shortly. To quickly summarise, nothing new from Brown today.
  2. If only Green was as upfront and honest about who his "investors" actually are then much pain and bitterness could have been avoided and time could have been better spent on more pressing matters.
  3. Ignoring everything the Tims say and do is as dangerous as believing everything the Tims say and do.
  4. Here's one to check: Check the date of Charles Green's tenure at Sheffield United then check the formation date of Zeus Capital, and that's off the top of my head without much more than a thought.
  5. Our situation has exposed major flaws in the systems and processes of both the SPL and the SFA and it seems they're hell bent in punishing us for their failings as well as our own. How hard would it have been for the SPL to call an EGM and adopt a suitable process for a club being liquidated, say a penalty of relegation by one division?
  6. In their haste to kick the shit out of us they got so consumed by the blood lust that they blinded themselves to the consequences of their actions, let Hell mend them.
  7. Yes I'd f*&king mind, they were won on the park and all payments were declared in the accounts it's not our fault that neither the SPL nor the SFA could understand the EBT's.
  8. Are they as hysterically pro-Green as they were pro-Whyte at RM?
  9. That would require a lot of documentation flying back and forth to Companies House, I'm pretty sure our enemies will have Sevco Scotland on their watch list at Companies House and they wouldn't be shy to publicise any constant changing of directors even allowing for the inevitable lag. Who knows maybe Bomber has a valid point or two but it's about time he realised that there are other ways of doing things than brute force.
  10. If he'd still been a director at the time of the takeover would he have been in breech of his fiduciary duty to the shareholders of the 14.7% he did not control? Also I note this week LBG pumping (voluntarily) £8m into the victims Farepak after a complete and utter savaging (particularly of Peter Cummings) by the judge when summing up at the collapse of the trial of the former Farepak directors (who he cleared of any blame), what odds BDO pursuing our former bankers?
  11. Let Hell mend Scottish football!
  12. I'd hazard a guess that it's Liberty Capital Limited BVI, not convinced that it's not a hangover though. Though it should be LBG (or a subsidiary) on the Albion deeds.
  13. I don't doubt the CVA proposal was genuine ( I've read the thing often enough) it's the sincerity behind it I'm doubting. Well it seems even the administrators think HMRC will get more from a liquidation than a CVA, perhaps HMRC think the fees claimed by Duff & Phelps may find their way to the creditors if they're found to have been conflicted.
  14. Where was the value in the CVA?
  15. Plus the fact that by the time Duff & Phelps took their cut and Close Leasing took theirs and the 40 odd TBC's were confirmed there wouldn't have been any value in the CVA, I suspect the proposal was designed to fail.
  16. 23 season tickets in our RSC only my pair renewed to date, all others will be renewed when there is some clarity irrespective of what league we're in.
  17. Thanks that's an excellent account, the only thing I would nit pick is that they stated that the 23% owned by Blue Pitch Holdings would be diluted down to 20% when the next tranche of imminent investment arrives.
  18. It's not a transfer ban it's a ban on the registration of players over the age of 18, Bosman's are pretty irrelevant to be honest.
  19. Although it doesn't say it in the article my understanding of Green's acceptance of the registration ban was that it would run from 1/9/12 to 1/9/13 ergo allowing us to register new signings in this window but not the following two. I don't think Lord Glennie would be best pleased having decided that the SFA acted ultra vires would be amused at the waste of his and his courts time if it were decided to ignore his ruling. http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?44437-Daily-Record&p=341092&highlight=#post341092
  20. I have confess I didn't, hypocritical I know but pragmatic too....
  21. Recklessly slashing your own revenue stream would be considered more direct than indirect.
  22. Indeed it is.
  23. If you had gone to the ticket office with cash or a cheque then they would have sold you a ticket (before sales were suspended). Message went out today to RSC's regarding payment by cheque.
  24. That may well become significant in the months ahead.
  25. Well now unless you know differently you have a valid number up to close of business yesterday, and if he states differently you can now correct him accurately. It'll pretty much stay there until they can organise credit card/debit card processing facilities.
