  1. That blog's quickly become a must read.
  2. Equally there could be assets elsewhere too.
  3. He does that on a regular basis.
  4. Not really. https://www.duedil.com/company/SC121429/rt-1872-limited/financials
  5. Did he buy in or was he gifted the shareholding?
  6. Haha been called a lot of things but never that! Better dead than red!
  7. I'm sure they'll concoct some convoluted version of the split system so the Thomson's, Milne's and Petries's of this world can grab more than their fair share of filthy lucre.
  8. What the people giveth the people can taketh away.
  9. There's not, but you don't have to float 100% of the shares and you can create different classes of shares so that even if you don't own the majority of the shares you still control the company.
  10. I suspect Green's shares may be phantom shares with his £2m (or whatever) coming straight out of the floatation proceeds.
  11. Perhaps there'll be 'A' shares for the present "investors" and 'B' shares for the plebs thus leaving the 'A' shareholders in control whilst it's the 'B' shareholders that have put in the actual cash.
  12. Jude Allen (Javed Abdullah), Mazen Houssami, Elias Kaisar and Jean Haddad have also been named as "investors" but whether they are actual investors as such or merely nominees for A.N.Other party remains to be seen. Our present ownership structure appears quite opaque, deliberately so, something which perhaps should be of greater concern than it actually is. It's entirely possible that despite Green's 10-15% protestations someone/party has de facto control of over 50% of the shares.
  13. Hell of a lot cheaper and far more effective to get the kit into shops in airports everywhere rather than a loss making stand alone shop at Glasgow airport which would basically be an exercise in vanity.
  14. Whilst it will be nice to look at I doubt it will ever turn much of a profit.
  15. Is this Ashleys "investment" as opposed to cash?
  16. Would have if we'd gotten the stonewall penalty for handball in the first half.
  17. Yes pretty sure it was the rerun of our game.
  18. Was at Murray Park today watching the under 17's V Buchan Quines (my niece plays for them). Quite a good game, my niece scored the opener then Rangers levelled thanks to one of the worst refereeing decisions I've ever seen, a brilliant last gasp blood and thunder tackle on the six yard line was declared a penalty, it was so bad a decision that the Rangers lassie's dad came over at half time and said it was a horrendous decision and his daughter said it was never a penalty. Rangers equalised from the spot then went ahead before the Quines equalised before Rangers scored the winner with about 10 minutes to go. The Rangers No's 7,10 and 11 looked to be pretty decent players.
  19. Murray Park can hardly be credited with McKay he's only been there a few weeks past a year.
  20. A ray of light in a dark sky !
  21. Got mine today.
  22. Erm no mention that Charles Flint and the former Celtic chairman Brian Quinn both serve on the UEFA Club Financial Control Body?
  23. Like on the back of a tractor? http://www.balzerinc.com/
  24. With the backing of 99% of the fans though.
  25. Been laying there for months but still haven't hatched....
