Harper McLeod move to make Craig Whyte bankrupt
forlanssister replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Not that strange he'll have settled (or agreed to settle) the original fees and the £600 will be H&M's expenses in raising his action that's just his normal modus operandi. He was also listed at Glasgow Sheriff Court today the solicitors who handled his libel action (no sniggering !!) want payment too. 21 Bannatyne Kirkwood F - v - Craig Whyte Bannatyne Kirkwood France & Co - ms fs SC924/12 -

Oh there's little doubt you'd recognise me.

If we get a home draw a SPL team will in all probability receive a greater amount of gate money than if they were at home are we supposed to boycott a home game too?

Administrators think we (may) owe HMRC some 94m ... or 21m

How it would work is irrelevant what is relevant is what Lord Hodge decides. Sorry but I had to laugh at the bit in bold. Lord Hodge will be guided by law, he will not sign off the administration if he is not satisfied it is not lawful. I have absolutely no idea which way his judgement will fall but to ignore the potential of him not being satisfied is foolish. -

Are you suggesting that if Lord Hodge finds anything nefarious he should just ignore the law? -

Yes indeed. -

It's not beyond the realms of possibility that Lord Hodge may not be satisfied to sign off administration and let the liquidation commence or the liquidation process itself may uncover something. -

No guarantee either is near closure, if our tax appeal is upheld HMRC will appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal and should the SPL remove any of our titles and Green stays true to his word any appeal may take years to travel through the various courts. -

That remains to be seen. -

Far from closed the act of liquidation will probably take years. -

A greater share for RSC's would improve things, trying to run buses on allocations of 2 and 3 is ridiculous.
-
We're a category 'A' RSC and are averaging an allocation of 2 tickets per game. There were plenty of spares going round yesterday because initially our allocation was going to be 295 tickets which resulted in a fair amount of Bears obtaining home end tickets to cover themselves (this has been happening all season), subsequently the allocation was increased. When the draw was made every man and his dog wanted tickets but with the apparent scarcity meant people just accepted they wouldn't get and made other plans. At the beginning of the week we had zero tickets yet come Friday night we're phoning around trying to put bums on seats! The spares will have simply been because of a combination of the late distribution of Rangers end tickets and those who had covered themselves with home tickets trying to cut their losses.

Lifetime ban for John Brown from Ibrox please
forlanssister replied to simplythebest's topic in Rangers Chat
Gough told a hall full of Bears that Craig Whyte and his Dad were good straight Rangers men and should be given time to carry out their, he then threatened to walk out if people didn't stop questioning Whyte's credentials. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on what Gough says. -

Green can put Brown's claims to bed but for some strange reason has declined to do so.
