  1. In an ideal world it should be held by something akin in structure to the Chelsea Pitchowners vehicle so nobody can play silly buggers again.
  2. A hasty dismisal of the message has left us repenting at leisure many a time.
  3. CVA was always pie in the sky, we let our emotions cloud reality there.
  4. I remain to be convinced that we are infact stable.
  5. ...and had the nice wee caveat that in the unlikely event that the CVA was accepted then the money was a loan, heads I win tails you lose!
  6. Has he not approached you given that the names of the panel were revealed here first?.......
  7. You missed out also posts on RM under the same username. "Less than complimentary comment", you really think that I should be complimentary about the VB's stance regarding Whyte? "Didn't look to clever whilst we were being raped by Whyte" (quite different from "Are VB still backing Whyte?" no?) my words which seem to have caused you much angst are just the same (or a slight variation of) as I've posted various times on FF, RM and here. As a Rangers fan I feel badly let down by all the various Rangers supporters groups/forums et al for they all bought into the cult of Whyte. It was a pretty lonely furrow that a few were ploughing going against popular opinion, month after month of constant abuse, being called all the names under the sun for daring to tell the truth (a chord which should strike a note with the VB's, no?), being banned from sites because some admin doesn't like what you post despiste it being the unvarnished truth (another chord, eh?), being accusssed of falsifying documents because their content is not what people wanted to see. VB's f*&ked up big time over Whyte (as did all other supporters groups), shit happens get over it and stop trying to make pathetic excuses for your actions all your achieving with the we were wrong but only because we were right nonsense is sowing seeds of doubt in your other workings (many of which I unreservedly admire). I'd much rather I'd been wrong over Whyte, my internet face covered with internet egg is something I can quite easily live with because the club I love would be in a much better place, after all that's what matters to me most not scoring points on the internet.
  8. Matters not, if Grier has f*&ked up then Duff & Phelps have f*&ked up. Griers use of the word "we" in regards to discussing the email trail (or lack therof) to the Ticketus deal with their counsel is quite revealing.
  9. Perhaps but it's looking like someone paid the ferryman before he got him to the other side.
  10. He too seems to have had a bit of a volte face over Duff & Phelps.
  11. GS is nothing if not consistent.....
  12. I doubt throwing Grier to the wolves will be enough to absolve Clark or Whitehouse.
  13. As I stated previously I'm not going to defend the actions (or inactions) of any forum or supporters group for none of them come out with any credit at all over Whyte. Though you're using a rather broad brush to do your tarring.
  14. Ah but don't forget "they're pure officers of the court, they're respected professionals an arat".........
  15. Bit of a volte face from getting Duff & phelps printed on the back of your shirt!
  16. No forum cannot be exempt from criticism about the collective love in regarding Whyte, Vanguard Bears must sip their medicine along with every other in this respect. I'm certainly not going to defend the stance taken by any forum regarding Whyte, nor defend any forum over their stance on any prospective party to the farcical charade that followed. There were certainly a lot more individuals that Dylan Ger and deedle who saw that the emperor had no clothes on.
  17. I'm sure there will be plenty to come out yet, the recording is 2 hours long!
  18. Whyte feels shafted! pity it wasn't with a red hot poker shoved up his arse!!!
  19. That's in regards to the directors conduct. Think Craig is correct that if they think there's fraud involved they can go back 25 years (perhaps even longer). I always thought in the no fraud category it was 6 years in Scotland but 7 in England but Craig will be better versed in this than I.
  20. They are limited in scope to a period of 3 years pre liquidation in respect of the actions of company directors, I'm not sure if it's 3 years from entering administration or enetering liquidation if it's the latter then David Murray is laughing as he resigned on 26 August 2009.
  21. Interestingly the statement comes from Duff & Phelps headquarters in New York appears they have taken it out of the UK divisions hands.
  22. Not exactly coming out all guns blazing.
  23. I think the fact Lord Hodge felt compelled to ask them to report on the actions they took re conflict of interest prior to being appointed is a fair indication of the way things are heading, allied to the BBC's wilingness to report today's developments sans peur of being sued (the previous threat of legal action never materialised).
