An interesting turn of phrase reminiscent of the Dr Death/Lieswell claims of "bank debt". I suppose the prospectus will reveal just what the "investors" have actually invested and actually loaned.

I'm sure Mr Morrison will raise the matter if he feels his name and position are being used and abused, no?

It wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference. Johnston, Bain et al were being vilified left, right and centre by the RFC support for attempting to derail the takeover. There was enough publically available information about Whyte and his modus operandi but virtually the entire RFC fanbase were too busy impersonating the three wise monkeys.

This being Scotland I lean towards the not proven rather than not guilty or guilty.

Some judge by deeds not words....

He'll have noted that historically the vast majority of the RFC fanbase tend to lap up all the spoon fed shit that the "owner" feeds them.

As I stated previously I'd need to see who the prospective candidates are and whatever their respective manifesto's are.

We don't have a player called Kai Naismith!

Depends on who's willing to place their head over the parapet.

Well Mr Green can put it to bed if he so chooses by simply stating that under absolutely no circumstances will the club engage in any sale & leaseback or any similar financial vehicle of Ibrox (or any asset of the club). He keeps saying we're debt free so there should not be any requirement for this type of fiscal sleight of hand. If however he and his investors are desperate for the return of their filthy lucre then surely some sort of charitable trust should be formed so the ultimate ownership stays with the fans (pretty sure there are financial benefits to this type of arrangement) and not into hands and pockets of transient "businessmen" with no emotional affinity to the club, its' history, its' traditions and it's people whose only modus operandi is to suck every last drop of blood out of us before moving on to their next prey.
