  1. Deveronvale or Turriff away will do fine. Short Drive Loyal.
  2. Wonder if BDO will have an opinion on the monies in question.
  3. Is that not Stockbridge on the bottom centre of the picture?
  4. Where in the question is said "comparison"?
  5. You saying those who contributed to the article/s are collaborators?....................
  6. Will this one garnish the faux outrage too or does it get the official GersNet seal of approval?...............
  7. The Times have been investigating various tax schemes for months just so happens this one concerns one of Green's "investors", it's not an attack per se on the club.
  8. It's a story Leggat would have revelled in just weeks ago before his volte face. He'll be licking Green's arse with as much gusto as he did with Whyte shortly.
  9. From behind the paywall.
  10. Not the clearest of pics.... Doesn't involve the club as such.
  11. GIOVANNI DI STEFANO ‏@DEVILSADVOKAT Seems ... Not confirmed yet .... Collyer Bristow Sols appeal order of Lord Hodge Collapse Reply Retweet Favorite 10:30 PM - 1 Nov 12 · Details
  12. Do the liquidators have the power to declare the sale as an act of gratuitous alienation or is that a matter for the courts alone? I'm not being facetious it's a genuine question.
  13. I assume Mourinho advised him it would be easier to get his badges in Scotland than Portugal.
  14. What happens if they decide that the asset sale was in fact an act of gratuitous alienation? Will they simply try to extract a greater consideration from the purchasers or do they have any other potential remedies?
  15. Someone untainted by Largs. (Jose Mourinho being the exception that proves the rule)
  16. They pay their money they're entitled to their opinion.
  17. I was being facetious re pulling chain. Yes facts are preferable but when you stated "we aren't up tomorrow" that wasn't a fact it was pure unadulterated bullshit, wasn't it? The loonatic that is GDS was 100% correct and you were 100% wrong eh? Ticketus broke all their own rules and got greedy it's that simple and I sincerely hope they get the grand sum total of f*&k all. I suspect today just ended a chapter in what will be a very long book and it'll be years before we find out what actually happened if we ever do, in all probabilty it will take the club even longer before it's back in it's rightful place.
  18. You're trying to pull my chain aren't you?............. Looks like Mark Daly must have "mispoken" on Newsnight the other week if the BBC have to be served with a court order. I suspect Lord Hodge is unimpressed with the whole sorry saga not just today's proceedings.
  19. So Lord Hodge is at presiding over an imaginary hearing at this very moment?
  20. What Richard Hughes forgot to mention his long time friend and sometime associate Joe Dwek, part owner of the Worthington Group along with such esteemed partners as Whyte and Earley, and the source of funds (via the Jerome Pension Fund)found in the Collyer Bristow client account. Edelson (aka "The Shellmeister) is an associate of Charles Green, it was Green who replaced Edelson on the board at Sheefield United. Anthony Cooke and Peter Townsend are long time associates of the Earley's and Whyte. Regenisis Holdings (the Earleys) the beneficiaries of the £250k RFC paid to Banstead Athletic. Stockbridge did register his company at an address in Bearsden on February the 20th, that information is publically available to anyone who can be bothered to look for it (I myself posted it on FF last week). Purely coincidental (no doubt) the property Stockbridge rents was not on the Landlords Register held by East Dunbartonshire Council, however the day following my posting of that it was mysteriously registered a mere 8 months after it should have been registered by law. The fact that Stockbridge found a house to rent and actually registered a company at that address a mere 6 days after we enterered administration is no doubt just one of lifes weird coincidences.
  21. My bad the original letter is dated last Friday not last night. Can you prove otherwise? Perhaps he does, perhaps he doesn't. Probably not, nor faxes. Alas I have no chain to pull We're not listed on the rolls no, we'll find out soon enough if we're up or not. Suppose Daly's pulling chains too? czm ‏@czm3 @markdaly2 Are Duff & Phelps at CoS on 31 Oct? Nothing in Court of Session rolls to suggest appearance before Lord Hodge Expand Reply Retweet Favorite 29 Oct Mark Daly ‏@markdaly2 @czm3 that's what his clerk told me last week. 22. Strange things emails, fancy having the ability to reply immediately to correspondence received!
  23. By name no but there's not one iota of doubt that it's the Ticketus deal Jackson refers to. It broke on the RTC site nearly a fortnight earlier and I'd assume that's where Jackson picked it up from (they didn't name Ticketus intially either). The MG05's (not 50's as Jackson states) were received on 26/5/11 and anyone with Rangers on their watchlist at Companies House would have been aware of that perhaps a day or so later.
  24. Not quite, he sent a letter last night and got a reply today, that's the response to the reply (according to GDS).
