BDO have to decide whether the asset sale was at a fair price or not, they may well decide it is equally they may decide it isn't. Probably worth getting one for no other reason than it's another piece of Rangers memorabilia.

I never claimed they would reverse they would the sale (though perhaps technically possible for them to do the practicalities of trying to implement such a decision don't bear thinking about). The possibility of "gratuitous alienation" is one the liquidators will fully investigate.

They have to look into it's part of their statutory duties if you don't understand then at best you're unbelievably naive.

If you think BDO won't be investigating the asset sale to Green & Co and the circumstances surrounding it then you're mistaken.

The blame for that one lays squarely at the door of LBG. The better end of a £billion surely requires a high degree of trust.

Serious questions must also be asked of those in LBG whose actions in forcing the sale to Craig Whyte actually reduced the return they would have received had they not forced the sale so in effect gaining less money for their shareholders (and ergo UK taxpayers).
