They'll just jam the gap under the door with cash from the CL that'll stop the draft for a few years anyway. They'll make more from a CL qualifier than they'll lose in place money, they only need to reach the group stage every other year to be still quids in. They've fooled the rest of Scottish football into handing them a free run whilst simultaneously claiming to be acting out of altruism. They will downsize safe in the knowledge their bottom line won't be effected whilst we are out of the picture. One thing to remember too if it is an 8-8-8 split, way back in the days of the Kelly's and White's the scum championed a similar scheme with a split and the points totals being reset to zero because the scum historically had a stronger second half to the season whilst we normally had a stronger start.

So he sees McCulloch is having an absolutely woeful game and knows he's carrying an injury (last week) so decides to replace him as striker but rather than hook him plays musical players and removes a midfielder having a half decent game in order solely to keep McCulloch on the pitch, if that's the case McCoist is watching a different game to the rest of us.

When you've secured yourself the keys to five years worth of potential £20m + jackpots then of course you won't miss derbies that much nor will you miss a few shilling in place money to ensure you're still holding the key. Lieswell is playing a blinder and the rest of Scottish football is still too consumed by its' hatred of us to see exactly what's going on.

I sincerely doubt any Scottish police force has the capability to undergo an investigation of this type, Operation Hornet has been ongoing since 2007 and these are the first charges laid. The wheels of justice grind exceedingly slow in regards to corporate fraud and in the end plea bargains invariably render any punishment to be of the slap on the wrist variety. I'll be totally amazed if anyone sees the inside of a cell for the crimes that have been visited upon us, the will for justice to be done is noticeable only by its' abscence.

If he thinks McCulloch as a lone centre forward is part of our best 11 then 60 minutes later he's making a substitution that moves players around so he can accommodate McCulloch at midfield then perhaps his professionalism should be questioned.

That's even more scary......

Both via Companies House IIRC.

Takes a fair bit of skill to construct and maintain a multi-billion dollar corporation, bound to have skill set that we could use....

You may well be correct.
-
So long as our ownership structure is so opaque then the possibility cannot be discounted entirely.

Does anybody seriously think Green & Co are going to vote themselves out of collecting the fat potential bonuses they so graciously awarded themselves?

That particular mercenary can GTF. Wants another suck of our tit because it would suit his domestic circumstances.

Rangers formation against Moscow Dynamo in 1972?
forlanssister replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Dave Smith said it was 442 but him and DJ spent more of the game in midfield than in defence. -

Alas no they're usually out of the Daily Mail or more latterly from a 30 year old edition of Trivial Pursuit. Once went with him to a Rangers quiz in East Kilbride and he kept getting answers wrong to questions about games he played in! mind you we were rather "tired and emotional" that night. -

I have the dubious pleasure of sitting in front of Dave Smith in the bus on the way to Ibrox every other week so I'll ask him for you on Saturday Frankie. -
Scottish football operates in an immoral vacuum of it's own making.

And no Police horse ever gets spooked eh?

It does take a serious lack of wit to bang a drum whilst standing next to a horse.

More deranged ramblings from a former decent journalist, quite pitiful really. If it weren't for the daily plug from upon high on FF nobody would read the thing anyway. Buster was one of the very few who saw through Whyte from day one and maintained his stance in the face of some shocking abuse unlike Leggat who was closer to Whyte's arse than Whyte's Y-fronts. Pity all Leggat's blogs from the Whyte era have conveniently vanished along with those which were questioning of Green.

Grampian Police quite happily employ an officer with a conviction for perjury, I kid you not.

Can we get the twitter birds back?

Were these not the Convertible Preferred Ordinary Shares as opposed to the Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares ? The former were issued in 2001 and seem to have been held by a select group.
