  1. Not necessarily, if as stated it's in regards to Arif Naqvi and Abraaj Capital then that investment never materialised. Begs the question how closely Duff and Phelps looked at the proof of funds? No there's nothing wrong with a bit of borrowing my own business needs to borrow to function properly, but I've never claimed my business was "debt free" when it patently wasn't.
  2. It would be interesting to know the exact terms of what the deal with Orlit was and when it was entered into because it looks like Duff and Phelps may have accepted a bid that at the time may not actually have been fully funded. Was the proof of funds a case of deja vu?
  3. Can't that pic was from a link from an RST tweet.
  4. No idea, but he's certainly the best option we have for there at the moment.
  5. I know, we may even play a right winger on the right wing! or is that taking hope too far?
  6. Oh dear where did that piece of bullshit emanate from? Coplandroad, org are usually better than this, very sloppy. http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/item/2451-charles-green-statement
  7. As long as the vultures aren't picking over our carcass again,
  8. Probably not, we'd been using Ticketus for years before Whyte came along but it was always "borrowed" and repaid in the same accounting period so never showed up.
  9. Was Ahmed's loan the only one that enjoyed an equity swap? Were any other financial instruments employed?
  10. It confirms £1.85m was repaid it doesn't confirm how much was loaned.
  11. Now, now Ahmed technically invested £22k of his own money ! So only got a net £28k profit (+ 2.2m shares of course) on his short term £200k loan.
  12. No confirmation it wasn't either, is there?
  13. I'm still waiting on their regulatory body giving them a clean bill of health as is Lord Hodge.
  14. Seems they do warrant it worthy of a statement
  15. Add in the possibility that some debt was swapped for equity to the loan repayments. We simply don't know how much was loaned but we know as an irrefutable fact that loans were made during the period Green was spouting the "no debt" mantra.
  16. The prospectus revealed loan repayments of £1.85m
  17. It was never revealed if the asset purchase was in the form of a loan just that the CVA was.
  18. No nor do I disbelieve every word either. You really think Channel4 let him post that on their website without checking its' veracity?
  19. We won't be going out of business over this but you've got to question the wisdom of letting this situation to materialise.
  20. What article you talking about?
  21. Try asking the Vanguard Bears they saved all the Google cache of the RTC site. You denying that they were the first to mention Ticketus and the non payment of PAYE and VAT?
