The devil may well be in the detail of what else leaks out from Whyte's collection of documents and tape recordings. Today's leaks look quite damning in comparison to what's leaked so far.

Unfortunately I don't think it will but that isn't a slight on those who carried out or oversaw the report as they could only work with what evidence is in front of them and lacked any powers to compel potential witnesses to appear or produce evidence.

I'd certainly like to see Stockbridge take one and perhaps The Jeremy Kyle Show would be the ideal arena to do it!

It's not in doubt as Sevco Scotland simply didn't exist then.

I mean what I say, he was Whyte's front man when he gave that first press conference.

He was still Craig Whyte's front man at that point, from where I'm sitting you just paid Zappa a compliment there.

That is beyond doubt, as is Green lied to everyone. As it stands it's Green and his deeds who has returned us to the edge of the precipice. Still harbouring under the illusion that he can only profit from a well run and successful business?

We know it doesn't tally with the, "I met him once and gave him £2" crap that he fed us. If you think we're a mess at present then imagine a CVA had been achieved then it was revealed that Green &Co were fronting for Whyte.

It cannot deliver a guilty or not guilty verdict all it can do is place a limit the degree of guilt that should be apportioned to Green, Green himself already admitted his guilt. It may well be that Green's guilt is limited to what he himself already admitted or it may well go further than that, personally I don't think an either way definitive conclusion can be reached mainly due to the fact that both Whyte and Green are pathological liars.

The existence of the tapes has been known since last year. They've been hawked around everywhere and nobody would touch them. Stockbridge knew exactly what he was doing when he made it and when he passed it on. I just can't bring myself to believe the claims that Stockbridge has "gone native" or "seen the light" and all that. He is still very much part of the troika as far as I can see, though he may well be indulging in a bit of self preservation he does not have the long term interests of RFC at heart and never will. We've reached the stage where virtually the entire Board has to go for the greater good if after the dust settles we have a board of Green's placemen, Easdales et al then we are well and truly f*&ked (again!).

I was being facetious..... Ahmad has been hawking the videos of the rather "tired and emotional" Murray for months but nobody would entertain him. If there was any substance to the shit that Ahmad just spoon fed to a surprisingly gullible McMurdo we would have seen it or now.
