  1. RTV pay per view and that's our looming fiscal crisis cured!
  2. Despite Toxic Jack's best endeavours to portray the contrary the fact is that it is the Easdales have blinked first in the current high stakes poker game. It is they who have proposed John McClelland's return to the Ibrox boardroom not McCollco. Irvine leaked their initial proposal from a week and a half ago in an attempt to ramp up the pressure on McCollco to acquiesce, however what he isn't leaking is what's been thrown into mix since since the opening gambit....
  3. We're being played like a fiddle but we're dancing to a different tune than the one than the fiddler is playing. Toxic Jack has set up his own lynching and what better advert is there for prospective clients than falling own your own sword for your client.
  4. I'm sure the institutions would have more than one authorised signatory. If McCollco have settled for that then they're no more than Quislings.
  5. I think it does. The six individuals are clear enough as as the five institutions.
  6. If that's factual then it looks like the promised antidote is just a different strain of poison.
  7. They simply were under no obligation to do anything other than provide confirmation of representing over 5% of the voting rights of the paid up shares which is exactly what they did via the Artemis holding.
  8. The Directors would also be aware of the institutions they sold shares to in the IPO and what vehicle they held them in and who the authorised signatories are.
  9. Do we know anyone with previous in the security industry and whose father lives not a kick in the arse from Garrion Bridge?.....
  10. Yes but unless you specifically request (and pay extra) any shares bought in the market would normally be held in nominee accounts which mask beneficial ownership. Strange that the same wasn't publicly asked of Blue Pitch Holdings when they put in the requisition to put Easdale on the board.
  11. We'll see .
  12. I'd lean towards the former but in truth it's probably a mixture of both.
  13. Here we go again.
  14. The only thing I would add to that is the entire board has to go.
  15. Did Ticketus not effectively withdraw from the creditors list when they went chasing Whyte's guarantees?
  16. Many creditors raised the matter with BDO who looked into it and came to the conclusion that because it was included in the asset sale they are unable to take it any further.
  17. The actions of Green and D&P enabled the SPL to do what they did, had the prize monies not been included in the asset sale then they would have gone into the creditors pot.
  18. If it were that simple then they would have had to have accepted the higher offer for the assets made by McColl/Smith but they didn't because they didn't have to. Simply the prize monies formed part of the assets, now while the whole administration/asset sale may stink to high heaven D&P acted within their remit and within the law by including the prize monies in the sale. Neither the the SFA or SPL would have had a say in the matter. If anything the SPL simply screwed over Green and D&P in the same manner as Green and D&P screwed over the creditors. Had neither Green and D&P did what they did then the SPL would have had to pay the money over to BDO.
  19. You're still not managing to grasp it, seriously why on earth would the Insolvency Service be the slightest bit interested in an agreement between the football authorities in Scotland and what was then Sevco Scotland? While the asset sale itself may very well be dodgy the inclusion of the prize money as part of the assets wasn't, personally I neither like nor agree with that but it is what it is. Murray's hand was a willing hand, he'd long been tired of his toy and we had long ceased to be of any more purpose to him.
  20. I find the entire administration "odd" to say the least, and while I disagree vehemently with the inclusion of the prize money there is nothing anyone can do about it. If BDO do uncover any wrong doings the inclusion of the prize money as an asset won't be one of them however much we would like it to be so.
  21. What part of it not being illegal is causing you much angst? D&P were perfectly entitled to include the prize money as part of the assets as hard as that is to swallow it's a fact nothing BDO or the Insolvency Service can do about it.
  22. It was certainly cheap in Green's case!
  23. BDO have looked into the matter and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. Whilst it may well have been an immoral act it was not illegal, however hard that is to swallow.
