Jim McColl and Paul Murray invited various fans groups to meet with them, to discuss the ongoing situation with our Club. This meeting took place today, and Jim McColl confirmed that he and the requisitionists have not walked away, and that they remain committed to board room change. Mr McColl said: “If the board think this has gone away, they are delusional. The issue has merely moved to the AGM. The requisitionists still want change, and have not wavered from this final objective” The fans groups remain committed to liaising with Mr McColl and shareholders in the run up to the AGM. http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1rme0vu- 106 replies

Requisition withdrawn & shareholders to vote at the AGM
forlanssister replied to BEARGER's topic in Rangers Chat
It's not remotely independent so long as there are club employees and those financially connected to club employees sitting on the committee then there are crystal clear conflicts of interest. -
Requisition withdrawn & shareholders to vote at the AGM

Aren't they all (or nearly all at least) represented on the RFFF anyway? Though not all RFFF committee members were invited. -
The "mini report" is rather needless but when it's the clubs PR advisers slandering the "greatest ever Ranger" you would think the CEO would grow a set of balls and just act like a CEO. I doubt anyone save those with something to hide could disagree with a request for the accounts to be forthcoming in a timely manner,

Police Scotland to investigate internally about our leaks?
forlanssister replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
No it's not McConville's. The police didn't take the photos, I read the emails in question at the time they were released and they appear to state that Jack Irvine arranged for the photographs to be taken. It doesn't take a great powers of deduction to work out the "retired Police officer". -
Alas I think you're correct well up to the forensic investigators point at least because neither Pinsent Masons nor Deloitte's have actually completed their investigations. Out of all the stuff CF drip fed I've yet to see anything that would cause Whyte any discomfort whatsoever let alone harm.

How are Green's attempts to dissolve Sevco 5088 Ltd coming along?

The problem is that the right to purchase the assets lay with Sevco 5088 Ltd not Sevco Scotland Ltd, Green has as yet been unable to prove that he legally novated that right from Sevco 5088 Ltd to Sevco Scotland Ltd.

D&P's binding agreement for the CVA/asset purchase was with Sevco 5088 Ltd and no other company.

Neither Green, Imran nor Richard Hughes put so much as one penny into Rangers that they had not already sucked out. Hopefully they'll end up sharing a dock with Whyte and that none of them profit so much as one penny from their crimes.

Wasn't advertised at all Mather was alluding to the coverage of Green's resignation being in every paper in the country.
-
Not how I recall the same meeting. The only interview mentioned was his own.
-
No, it wasn't even advertised. A few unsolicited CV's were sent in and one was shown the board.
-
Was it a Greener shade of Whyte or Whyter shade of Green though?

As Green & Co admirably demonstrated.
