    I'm looking forward to the clubs lawyers handing over to Leggat a letter from the SFO stating there has been no complaint made against RIFC and they are not investigating any complaint against RIFC something that the clubs lawyers have so far been unable to do. I wonder why?

    D&P accepted an offer without proof of funds. Green & Co were woefully undercapitalised, they intended the capital to come from the proceeds of player sales, previous prize monies and SPL season ticket and hospitality prices and commercial deals. When their Plan A failed there was no plan B and we when to living hand to mouth.

    A side effect of that is that as demonstrated by the second Dundee administration the leaseholder can claim the full 100 year value of the lease ergo controlling the whole administration process from start to finish wiping out everybody but the leaseholders.

    Ironically enough the wind was a lot less on Sunday than it was in the League Cup game but even then the wind wasn't the reason we were crap.

    Mather's a weak leader and a panic merchant, as demonstrated by his panic in bringing forward a board meeting to try an appease the fans and his ordering of a "mini-investigation" into Jack Irvine's comments re Greig when asked a fairly timid question by a journalist. Just how long does it take to complete a "mini-investigation" anyway?
