  1. ,,,,and also as to how the 2.2m penny shares of Imran Ahmad, 2.2m penny shares of Richard Hughes, 1m penny shares of McCoist and the 900k penny shares of Mather (that's off the top of my head I concede there may well be more) have been treated for accountancy purposes.
  2. Approved by the board, LMFAO Care to tell us what or rather just who exactly constituted the board on 29 May 2012? It was a solo gig by none other than Charles Alexander Green was it not? It wasn't necessary to incorporate that Option into the contract on 17 September 2012 so to claim that we did not know what league we would be playing when that option was granted is untrue as were were actually playing football in a league.
  3. Yes it was, it appears Laxey were smart enough to extract a personal guarantee from Green in writing. Alan MacKenzie however didn't have Laxey's foresight as the leak of his email by Charlotte Fakes yesterday so ably demonstrated. (can post the content of his email to demonstrate if Frankie permits)
  4. Greens contract wasn't signed till 17 September 2012 (though backdated till 12 June) ergo Mather's claim that we didn't know what league we would be playing cannot be correct as we were playing football in Division 3 then. Greens share were issued to him on 31 October 2012.
  5. My understanding is that there are nine similar payments of varying degrees the total of the sums being millions of pounds.
  6. Don't we own 100% of Rangers Media Limited? We own 51% of Rangers Retail Limited in partnership with Sports Direct Limited but when it comes to matters financial Sports Directs shares effective double to 98 against RIFC's 51 therefore giving Sports Direct effectively complete control of Rangers Retail and one of our major income streams.
  7. It was known on July 13 last year what league we would be playing in so going by Mather's own reasoning there is no justification for outrageous fees, charges and commissions after July 13. The Devil really is in the detail pity Mather is part of actions to stop us finding out exactly how much, how many more frankly Satanic payments are there from Rangers back to investors like the total of £300k paid back to Eurovestech and Richard Bernstein made in December?
  8. Yes the share price is maintaining it's 40 odd % drop from the IPO rather well.
  9. By Ian Fraser http://www.business7.co.uk/business-news/scottish-business-news/2013/10/01/charles-green-paid-933-000-106408-24012498/
  10. Did CF issue the RNS notices to the Stock Exchange this morning?
  11. The fact we are on NOMAD number three in a little over 9 months is nothing whatsoever to do with Charlotte Fakes and everything to do with Green & Co filling their pockets by very dubious and possibly unlawful means.
  12. Wonder if he approved the kickbacks to Eurovestech and Richard Bernstein? I gather they are just the first of many that will be exposed. * Just to clarify I agree it was circa £13m rather than the £11m I stated.
  13. Allowing a generous 10% as a cost of the IPO fundraising, leaves costs of over £3m to raise £11m that's not high that's astronomical. Of course some may say certain investors appear to have received some sort of rebate/kickback. I mean http://www.scribd.com/doc/172464409/Refunds wow, just f*&king wow.
  14. Read the f*&king thread!
  15. Effectively acts as our regulator something that should scare the shit out of every Rangers fan....
  16. No change of broker rather a change of NOMAD. Third time lucky for Chuckles finally found a NOMAD willing to let him dump his shares.
  17. The cost of £5,681,000 for raising funds ostensibly the IPO's £22m now that's something that is way over the top. A breakdown of that figure would be very revealing wouldn't it?
  18. Pardon my ignorance does that mean Deliotte view us as a going concern till 2014?
  19. The Scott Murdoch email is a red herring. http://www.scribd.com/doc/172380378/Nomads-1 should be read first to get the context of http://www.scribd.com/doc/172380995/Nomads-2
  20. Using the £212 per season ticket figure given by Stockbridge to the board then two thirds of season ticket revenue had been received by June 30th.
  21. Of course! http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?43482-How-Green-And-Investors-Could-Double-Their-Money&p=329130&viewfull=1#post329130
  22. At June 30 2013, the Club had £11.2 million cash at bank, with only £4.5m of this representing season ticket renewals. Operational debt from equipment finance leases lies at approximately £1.6million and the Club has no bank debt.
